We had several occasions to visit the Green while staying in Dublin. As the weather was delightful in May, the Green was very crowded with everybody on the lawns sunning themselves. While not absolutely manicured, it is still a pleasant visit with many beautiful tree and plant specimens. The walking paths have several stops where one can read about different... More

We passed through this park on our way into the city centre and discovered a lovely little park with lakes, fountains, benches and flowers. It was busy, at 10am on a Thursday in late August. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this place again, but would have a walk through if I waspassing by.

Relaxing walk around the place, nice ambiance and view, the weather is amazing at this time of the year (August) and located in the city center around many vital places for tourists to visit.

We strolled through the park and sat on a bench people watching. It was just so pretty and quaint yet in the middle of the city!

After an overnight stay in Dublin we were making our way back to Connolly Station and had a bit of time on our hands. As it was such a beautiful day we decided to walk through St Stephen's Green and what a delight it was. A very well kept park with the added attraction of duck ponds I only wish... More

Walked by and through St. Stephen's countless times when I was an American grad student living in Dublin back in the 80s. Went back with my wife recently and we walked all about the green and laid down in the grass for a nap. Gorgeous, warm sun. A bunch of Trinity students nearby. Napped for an hour in utter bliss.... Trees, ponds, swans, flowers. Very well maintained green space in the middle of the city. Nice place for a break from the hustle of City Centre.

This Green was by our hotel, and we visited it each day to let out toddler run around before bed. It was clean, very well kept, and the playground is amazing! There is a section for big kids, and a separate part for toddlers that my 15mo loved! It was also nice because going through the green, lets you get... More
