Kate gave us so much to go home with on our tour of Dublin. Not only did we get to see fantastic sites but the depth of the history was fabulous. So thankful

My wife and I did a 3 hour bike tour this morning. Our guide, Evan, was very entertaining and informative. We got a smattering of history but not too much. The cycling itself was dead easy - we only covered about 8km and even that...More

Despite rain cutting our tour short, Brian made it a good time very informative and fun person. We would recommend it to anyone who visits Dublin as it really gave us a feel for the geography and history of the city

I love bike tours as my first adventure in a new city because they allow me to get the lay of the land and orient myself to the city. This tour did exactly that! Evan showed us some of the city's highlights, took us to...More

We had a fantastic, fun and informative tour with Brian. We’ve done many city bike tours and this was one of the best! Brian seemed to genuinely love talking about his city and he has an amazing wealth of knowledge. The biking is easy and...More

We really enjoy bike tours and this Dublin version did not disappoint. Visit key sites plus some time out of “tourist central” areas with informative and entertaining commentary. Plus it’s an easy ride. Also picked up a couple of restaurant recommendations that we tried and...More

We both really enjoyed Evan’s guided tour of Dublin city. His love of Irish literature and history came through as we biked around the city and all was capped off with a great sense of Irish humour. Louise and Peter.

We had 14 in our group and toured the city with Brian and Jack. They were informative, entertaining and a lot of fun, all while keeping us safe. Most of the time we were not sharing the road with cars, but when we were they...More

I did a bike tour of Dublin this week with Evan. It was my first time and I enjoyed it a lot. I learnt a lot of things about Dublin (with respect to the history, the society, the language...). It is the way to see...More

Book that separately! You don’t go in places, but their guides are FULL of interesting and pertinent info. I’d do the bike tour on your first day to get the lay of the land and then visit your favorite landmarks on the... More

Dublin City Bike Tours question (8 Replies)
As I put my finishing touches on my July itinerary where we were going to do the HoHo the first day in Dublin, then drive up to Newgrange prior to driving down to Adare, my family informs me that they want to do a city bike tour. What do folks think about the Dublin City Bike Tours? If we do it , should we do it the first day (right after a transatlantic flight) or wait til the the second day (where we will be more rested but will then skip Newgrange and drive straight to Adare). If we do...More

After a transatlantic flight I think I'd prefer to take the HOHO! The bike tour covers some of the HOHO attractions but not all. I don't think I'd skip Newgrange in favour of it, I prefer the original plan.
