We enjoyed a 2:45 walking tour through Dublin with our guide Adam. He did a great job of presenting a lot of information and useful recommendations - he was always helpful and we did not have a single boring minute!

I think you would be fine , there are no hills , just cobblestone streets , and there is a coffee/ snack break halfway through , the guides are very nice and will wait for everyone at each stop.
