Fabulous golf course in great condition!

Played here many times over the years. If there's a better conditioned course in Ireland at the minute I'd like to see it.

I am a PGA professional and played Murvagh on my recent visit to Ireland. What a great golf course. I want to thank the golf staff for your hospitality. This is links golf at it's best.

With a group of 10, we set up a match with 10 members of the Donegal Golf Club. In many ways, it was the highlight of the trip. First, the golf course. While this may not be the most spectacular links course in Ireland, there is not a bad hole and there are beautiful vistas in every direction. The course... More

We were driving through the area and decided to stop for a round of golf. We had never been there, but employees quickly came to our rescue, directing us where we needed to go and making sure we got the best deal available for golf. Course did not disappoint! Gorgeous! And in great shape. Not an easy course, but we... More

Again a links course you must have played when in the neighbourhood. Holes with wide fairways (also with tight faiways..) and giving great overviews over the course.

Amazing course in excellent condition but play it short and stay on the fairways as the second cut will pinch your ball time and time again The coarse is open to the elements and can be a long slog I a windy wet day The club house is warm and welcoming with great views of the Donegal country side and... Got some good weather, fine pace of play on an enjoyable and rather forgiving links course. Greens were a bit rough this early in the Spring.

This course is one of my favorites in ireland.. It's a serious challenge in the wind . there are serious holes all over the course. I cannot recommend this highly enough if you are in the area golfing its an absolute must play. I would rate this course on a par if not higher than Tralee or ballybunion.. Just play... More

Donegal golf course (Murvagh) is one of the top links courses in the country. Very long, but very enjoyable to play.

This is a place that makes a golfers heart tick faster. We had a wonderful reception. Truly friendly. This is not an easy course but one you will never forget. If you are near and love golf: go there!
