Live music and a few drinks. Very popular with tourists and locals. Great atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and the bar staff are very good at their job considering the volume of custom. Traditional music the night we visited.

Stopped in for some Guiness and some music. Good beer and even better music. A fairly basic bar but a great mix of tourists and locals alike. Music started at 9

Irish traditional pub music.was very good. John and Denise have built a very good business advancing their trad passion. The drinks are good. The atmosphere is better than 90% of what we have had. We are on a trad music trail. They are now a required stop for Donegal Town.

Stopped off here while in donegal. Went in at 10 and it was pretty packed at that stage so we didn't stay long as it was very warm. Enjoyed it all the same though.

Your classic Irish Pub...great music by a couple of older guys...one on the guitar and the other on the accordion! Good times.

My wife and I had the pleasure of stopping in Donegal Town this past week. Such a beautiful town (even with light rain!) and everyone we ran in to were so friendly. We were on a tour and our guide (Feargal) recommended a stop in The Reel Inn. We were not disappointed. I met several local people that I had... More

This is the stereotypical Irish Pub! They had live music and cold beer. The crowd was into the music and some folks were dancing. We liked it so much, we went back the next night for more of the same.

Had a great night out in this bar. Go early if you want a seat as the bar isn't very big but it gets packed most nights.

Great little pub in Donegal Town. Popped in here on a Monday night in April and the place was hopping. Good music played by 4 gentlemen, including the owner of the pub who played the accordion. Bar attendant was friendly and welcoming. Get here early if you want a good seat for the music, which happens nightly.
