Been there with Family and my/their young children. We usually take visitors there for the nice walks through the forest, and children love seeing the deers and ducks (dont forget to bring carrots and breadcrumps, its fun when they come to be fed!). Visit and...More

Nice spot for a walk, bring a picnic. No problem paying the €5 for the car park, bring coins. I suppose it goes towards the upkeep. The playground was very busy and it's too small for the potential of the place

I recently visited the walk and did not mind paying the 5 euro; however, once inside the car park is full of potholes and there is no bins to dispose of any dog litter if walking dogs. Not sure what the money goes towards. In...More

This is a great amenity for families with kids. Great nature, playground and some animals to see. Looked very good for older kids too with zip lining etc. it could use some amenities (cafe, shop) so next time will be bringing our own picnic.

A bit short on trees in some parts but still a great few hours walk with the kids. Bring a picnic. If the info centre is open the kids can go on a sort of an orienteering course. Good fun.

A walk around the woods is nice but the parking is a joke,€5 minimum, no wonder it was deserted. Plenty of free attractions in Cork - don't bother with this one
