It took me and my friend almost 2 hours just to visit the many stalls inside the market. Has a great variety of cheese, chocolates and seafood. Good place to visit. Top butchers and fishmongers plus a whole host of other wares. Cafe also on the inside so you can look down on the bustling market.

Spent a few hours here just perusing the many stalls and seeing what the merchants had to offer. Blown away by the selection of meats, seafood, breads, cheese, desserts... the list goes on. Easy to find can be accessed form a few different streets in Cork City Centre. Buzzy and alive, lovely to stroll through. Nice restaurant on the first floor. .

The English market is a vibrant wonderland full of local foods,banter and joy.There is an amazing selection of sea food,meats,breads & other local delights all served with a small & some great story's.Its a must visit when in Cork city

Lovely in door market. Really for the locals not tourists. Only so far you can go with raw meat and fish. However a few nic nac shops. Cheesemongers was my favourite & upstairs cafe.

Had a very pleasant visit to this Icon of markets. Every food type on display was of the highest quality.
