If there was 10 stars, we would have rated in 10 stars! Cannot recommend this distillery highly enough, Allison was an absolute joy and hugely knowledgeable on all things gin with a bit of whisky chat too. The warehouse may be humble but the contents are exceptional. Gin after gin on the 5 gin tasting menu was a delight, learning as we went through the tour was paced perfectly between informative and fun.

We left with a few miniatures and a full bottle of LinGin Berry, which was an absolute delight! I chose my words carefully, we left with these but there has already been some additional tasting going on!

As the driver I never felt left out and have, and will continue, to rave about the Gin, the tour and most importantly, the lovely people who make this product BY HAND, and it really is by hand!

Can you tell I loved this place? Keep up the amazing work, and hope to join you for another tasting soon.

Had a lovely couple of hours at the distillery! Alison and Ross talk in a very open way about their journey to where they are now and going! They cannot hide their passion for making gin and hearing and seeing how they do it was fantastic and very interesting, learned lots I didn’t know.

Glad to support a local independent hand crafted gin manufacturer. Hope maybe Waitrose read this and get in touch, I’d love to see this range of gin on their shelves all over the UK 🇬🇧

I would definitely recommend the tour and tasting, my daughter and I left with several bottles from the range. My daughter had done the tour before so Alison made sure she had a few different tasting experiences, a really passionate host and owner.

I will be back next year! Every success to you both!

We had an AMAZING couple of hours at Lin Gin! Alison was such a friendly and informative host and made us very welcome. She spoke honestly and openly about the history of the distillery and the current challenges they face. Ross then gave us a tour of the building and explained the processes involved in making the different gins. It was very interesting and the passion and dedication of Ross and Alison was clear to see. The tasting was wonderful! We got to sample 5 different gins (and a cocktail!) and Alison explained how they could be paired with different mixers. I really enjoyed the coconut gin! The whole experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend it. Thank you Alison and Ross and best wishes for the future.

Tasting and tour experience was great. Very informative and great to hear more about the distillery and its routes - mural in the tasting room was a lovely visual display of this. We also got to see the stills and the packaging line, and can see how craft the company is. Got to try 6 different gins, plus a gin & tonic upon arrival, and a cocktail. It was fantastic value plus we were able to make use of 10% off at the shop. Would highly recommend!

I had booked this for my friend's birthday and made a mess of getting us booked in but Alyson was extremely helpful and sorted everything out without the slightest fuss.

The tour itself was just great from the welcome G&T to the sampling at the end. Both Alyson and her husband, the owners, were extremely knowledgeable on their trade and very charismatic with it. It was a lot of fun and 2 hours passed so quickly. I actually learned something more from Ross on this one than on any other gin tour I have been on and I have been on a few.

Alyson was the one who welcomed us and gave us the background to how they got into the trade before handing us over to Ross for the actual tour of the premises and the detailed explanation of the processes they go through. He handed us back to Alyson for the sampling at the end and that was fun. Alyson explained what was in the gins and offered alternative tonics to bring out their flavour even more.

All in all a fun and informative tour and great value. Thank you to Alyson and Ross for making it so.

Absolutely brilliant experience doing the tour and taste. Alyson and Ross are amazing, hard working people. Not only is the gin they produce award winning, delicious and amazing, but every part of the process is done by hand. Botanicals are foraged locally, bottles filled and labels applied by hand. Their love, passion and hard work is truly a huge asset to Linlithgow. As someone who lives in the town, I am so proud and honoured that the distillery is basically on my doorstep. There is a gin to suit all tastes. Gron traditional London dry to funky fruit flavours. Keep up the good work guys, yous are truly amazing.

We did the distillery tour this week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The knowledge and clear love of everything gin was impressive by both Ross and Alyson, and we were made to feel so welcome in their distillery. A brilliant way to spend an afternoon! Definitely recommend. 👍

We went of the tour and tasting yesterday and had a fantastic time with Alison and Ross.

Their passion for all things gin shines through and what they produce tastes fantastic.

I do hope that half of the hairbrain ideas of the Scottish Government are ditched as the impact these will have on small craft distillers will be utterly devastating.

Get yourselves along and help to support this local business and wonderful couple.

We had Alyson come to our cottage to do a gin tasting for a stag do and it was fantastic. Alyson couldn’t have been more accommodating and gave great explanations behind how the gin started and it’s production. It was fantastic value for money and the gin was delicious. Everyone in our group was raving about it. Would highly recommend - thanks Alyson!

Alyson and Ross are a lovely, personable couple who gave a great tour of their gin distillery business. We learnt about their business’ background and the process of making their gin from distillation to bottling and labeling. It was just the right balance of information and humour. We booked the tour after finding it advertised on Itison, the tour is good value, offering a drivers’ non-alcoholic tour too. Last but not least the gin was great and we got to sample a good range of tastes on the tasting tour. Highly recommend
