“Small in size, big in authenticity.”
About
Hello and welcome to Platform 3. We may not be the biggest pub in Linlithgow, but what we lack in size we make up in character and service. In recognition of this, we have been consistently awarded a Gold Best Bar None Award and in 2013 we were...more

Popped in for a quick drink before visiting some friends. It was an appalling day outside so the sight of a wood-burning fire encouraged us to find a table. Unfortunately the fire turned out to be electric and gave out absolutely no heat. The barmaid...More

I've only just realised where the name comes from, thinking it was just abstract. Arrive by train at the station just behind it - and it becomes obvious. My favourite bar on a fortnight's visit. Did some karaoke and a pub quiz. Friendly atmosphere, ducks,...More

Often pop in here when I'm visiting my daughter and its something I look forward to. It's quite small and intimate with a wonderful atmosphere. Not expensive and a great range of beers. The best pub in Linlithgow in my opinion.

Be it a coffe or something stronger, this bar is quite unique. Small and friendly with such welcoming staff. Used by regular locals and perhaps rail commuters looking for a refreshment to see them on their way home. Can highly recommend.

I had a couple of pints at this nice little pub in Linlithgow, waiting for my return train to Edinburgh - having visited Linlithgow Palace. It's just one very modestly proportioned room, and they don't serve food (except nibbles). It's a station boozer, but a...More
