Lovely station and very friendly knowledgable staff. We had Stephanie ad our guide and she was friendly funny and very accommodating and able to answer all of our eagle (and non eagle) related questions. We were incredibly lucky I'm hat we saw the whole family, the female and the male fledgling and then an hour in the male swooped in... More

This was a well set up station and the staff member was fab but we really expected to see the nest a little more clearly and unfortunately the parents left to fish just after we arrived and didn't return before we left an hour later but we did see them flying before we arrived at the watch. There were plenty... More

This was a wonderful two hours thanks to the Eagles being so obliging! Adult female was on the nest, with the chick, when we arrived. After an hour she flew off to hunt, leaving wonderful glimpses of the chick as it preened. A bit later we spotted her on the ridge above the nest before she wheeled back down. Ranger... More

Mull eagle watch is an organisation dedicated to protecting and educating people about the fabulous sea eagles on Mull. Some places you have to pay to go with a warden which we have done in the past. However you can go under your own steam with a bit of effort and patience to find the eagles independently. Highly recommended

We saw the reintroduced Sea Eagles in tree tops from the Douart Castle Estate to CraigeNure/ferry transfer coach, Pretty easy to spot from the 50 or so twichers and their cars parked up on approach road to castle!! Whever you believe in the reintroduction of now localy exstinked animals, beavers, (wolves???), birds of prey are very impressive and if they... More

We spent a happy couple of hours watching two eagles looking after their youngster in the nest. We were about 400 meters from the nest providing a good view through the telescopes provided. We would love to have seen them fly off but they were obviously well fed so no luck there. The Rangers provide a lot of interesting information... More

Steph the ranger took us to the hide. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and when we reached the hide we were not disappointed. A great view of the female perched and the male flying in with a fish for the chick. A real treat. The entrance fee goes straight back into conservation of this amazing bird. Short walk from... We spent a very interesting couple of hours with an RSPB staff member viewing a Sea Eagle nest in the forest. The site was very accessible - we were able to drive direct to the viewing station. There, telescopes were set up to view the nest and a nearby perching post. Debbie our guide was very informative on all aspects... More

Wished we had booked this earlier in our holiday as Cheryl, our ranger, was such a wealth of knowledge re all things a wildlife interested visitor needs to know on Mull. We really enjoyed her positive and enthusiastic chat. Good view of female White Tailed Eagle sitting and Male flying into nest. Her advice increased our otter count on our... More
