This is a great free park that all my grandchildren have enjoyed over 20 years. It has varied play things which children love including the sand park and new chute. Best beach play park that I've seen 😂

Our first visit with 7 and 2 year old. Something for all ages. Very impressive refurb. Great fun even in the freezing cold!

Just stopped off to have a look around. The seafront was very clean and tidy considering quite a lot of people about on the path and beach. Had some lovely ice cream. Only stayed for about half and hour but there are some beautiful buildings...More

Ayr seafront is a long expanse of sand close to the town centre. There’s a play park, Pirate Peters play centre and several cafes nearby. Toilets are available for a Small charge

Primary age kids will love this well designed spacious play space on the sea front. Lots of different equipment, well spaced, and safe surfacing. Close by conveniences and cafe too!

Dogs have been on the beach anytime we have been. I did not see any signs to say dogs were restricted in August.

It is not far to the seafront from the bus station. Unfortunately I am unable to give directions
