Perth Theatre is currently closed for an extensive period of restoration and redevelopment and will reopen to the public in December 2017. The transformed theatre will include a freshly restored Edwardian auditorium, a new 200-seat studio theatre and new well-appointed community engagement spaces.

We went to two shows during the Perth Festival of the Arts in the Perth Theatre. The venue has been refurbished and has undergone a wonderful transformation. More leg room and a stunning interior.

This has had a great makeover Outside very traditional and inside very modern. When you actually go into theatre area it is beautifully in kept with the age of building

In city centre not far walk from bus & train station. Been renovated so you can now enter from opposite side - easier for wheelchair & prams. Also one side of stalks is easier to reach now than previously with the small thin steep stairs....More
