I recently had the pleasure of joining Bruce on an Outlander tour in throughout Scotland. Bruce was a consummate a tour guide, sharing a wealth of information about each site. I visited four Outlander locations in one afternoon. Bruce went above and beyond ensuring a high quality experience by including a visit to Glasgow's oldest pub. Without a doubt, I would recommend Bruce's tours anywhere in Europe. Thank you for everything Bruce.

If you want a highly knowledgeable, entertaining and guide for Scotland Keith Telford stepped in for our family group of 5 and gave us an entertaining & unique in depth tour of everything we dreamed of seeing and more. We planned this trip to celebrate 2 family members birthdays and ages ranged from 12 to 80 from the US and Europe. It was a reunion after two years of being isolated. He took us to places that he called surprises in addition to the ones we wanted to see anda tailored it to our group who are really adventurous and who love the outdoors. If you love nature you will see things on foot that are rare. We highly recommend this company who stepped up to the plate at the 9th hour to take the place of our original guide who unfortunately canceled due an illness. Keith's background as a teacher was very thorough giving us a course in history of the entire Scottish empire as it began up to present, and answered many questions. From a cultural and social-economic & geological perspective we have a better understanding and enjoyment of our stay. We intend to look him up on our next trip. Highly recommend Bruce's Scotland Tours and can't compliment Keith enough. Thanks for a memorable and fun trip.

We had a fantastic time touring the Highlands with Keith Telford. We had an ambitious itinerary but managed to check everything off our list except an elusive Ben Nevis hidden behind the clouds. Keith provided excellent communication prior to our trip, was patient with multiple "comfort stop" requests, offered great insight to Scottish history and culture, and came through with not one but two Highland coos to the delight of at least one in our group! We look forward to exploring the Highlands in greater depth - truly a lovely area with breathtaking views of the lochs and glens. Thank you Keith for your kindness and expertise!

Truly an adventure I won’t soon forget. Bruce can simply be defined as a Gentleman and a Scholar. Our trip to Scotland and Ireland was two years in the making with set backs due to Covid. Our original Tour Guide was canceled due to illness so as luck would it have it Bruce stepped up to the plate, which as time would prove we were the winners of the Lotto. Our original plans were for a six day tour of Scotland followed by a self directed five day tour of Ireland. After three days with Bruce we quickly decided we needed to hire Bruce for the Ireland segment of our tour. Being the Gentleman that he is he accepted. Bruce was just a pleasure to work with, his skills at driving and knowledge of the roads gave us the opportunity to see a maximum of highlights of Scotland and Ireland in our limited amount of time. Bruce is a walking tutorial on the history of Scotland and Ireland dating back to the 12th century. A day did not go by in which I did not learn something new and intriguing. Bruce’s positive and congenital attitude easily rubbed off on us and continued to make everyday more interesting than the day before. From my estimation there are very few obstacles or conditions that Bruce can’t overcome which truly brought fun and good times to our tour. I was so impressed with Bruce it is my expectation to bring my family on tour with him next year, truly an Excellent Adventure. Cheers Bruce and a huge thank you.

This trip was over two years in the making due to covid. We booked our tour through a different tour group (knowing what I know now, I would book directly with Bruce), and they assigned Bruce to us as our guide. He has a great, roomy Land Rover, which he makes sure is clean and comfortable. We had an itinerary that we mapped out with the tour company. Within 30 minutes of starting our trip with Bruce, I tossed it to the side, and let him run the show. We had specific distillery events scheduled, which he made sure to manage the timing to not miss anything we booked ahead of time. It's good to mention that after the six days in Scotland, we were going to fly to Ireland and do a self drive tour there. Halfway through the first day, we decided to ask Bruce if he was available to bring his car to Ireland to meet us there, and drive our tour there. Thankfully he was available, so we cancelled our rental car. He was just as professional and as good of a guide in Ireland. He knows a large amount of history and facts about both countries and the locations we visited. Because we didn't have to worry about driving, we were able to see so much more. Again, in Ireland, we let Bruce run the show. He had our itinerary, and made sure we saw what we had on it, but if there was something that was more interesting, he described the options to us, and let us make the call. In all cases, I can say that I think he brought up all the right things. Bruce has a great attitude, is very friendly, managed a lot of things for us that we would not have been able to do on our own, and truly was our advocate in both countries. One example of over and above was, we bought a case of whisky and wanted to ship it home. The shipping location was 45 minutes in the opposite direction. He first got us to a restaurant/pub where we could get a bite to eat and relax, and then he set out to make the drive to manage the shipping for us. I would not have expected that out of any tour guide. We didn't ask him to do it. He brought it up as the best way to address the scenario and was happy to take care of it. I can't recommend Bruce's tours enough. He truly made our trip amazing, and certainly one of the best vacations I have ever take. Thank you Bruce!!
