Had a lovely tour around Arran in slightly miserable weather. Information and tales provided were enough to make us forget the rain. Wide range of topics covered from local flora, fauna and geography to folk stories and spirits.

Absolutely brilliant. Comfortable, easy to get on and off and being higher you managed to see loads more. Very good driver with lots of knowledge, basically you are taken off the beaten track into the forests above Brodick, unfortunately the weather was poor so we didn’t manage to see much wildlife but it was fun looking. We had a tea/coffee/biscuit stop which was lovely. One word of warning, there are no toilets apart from bushes!!!

What an amazing time with Alex on the Mogabout. One of the best tour guides we have ever been with. From folklore to wildlife he covered it all, no question too small from the magiacl to mystical it was a real adventure. If you only do one tour on Arran this is the one you should not miss. Felt very safe in the new covid world we find ouselves in. Thank you Alex and the gymnastics at the waterwall got us the most amazing photos.

Alec tailored the day to take in the whole group. My husband and I had taken our 3 grandchildren 12, 8 and 6. We saw breath taking views, visited iconic parts of the island and saw a white stag as well as birds of prey. He let the boys look over his amazing vehicle and took time to chat to each of the group as we walked at our various stops. A truly amazing day.
