A lovely beach to look at but too many dogs off the lead - mostly ignoring the calls from their owners. We stuck to the path along to the leisure centre and our dog still had fun and plenty exercise, while under control. Good play...More

Nice place for my Assistance Dog to have a run and some off-duty downtime to meet other dogs. Had some lovely chats with friendly locals and dipped y toes in the cold sea. As expected it was very windy so a good coat is needed

Had a lovely walk yesterday afternoon - weather was amazing & the dog had a wonderful time racing about on the practically deserted beach. Who needs to go abroad with this beauty on our doorstep?

Living near the Great Lakes in Michigan I am very spoiled. I did not expect to find a beach in Scotland with such nice clean sand, and clear beautiful water. It was perfectly lovely!

We walked up and down the beach and the place does not disappoint. The sand is better than most beaches in Italy and it is not crammed. The sea on the other hand is cold!!!

Great for dog walking, bird watching, jogging, resting, you name it ! Great outlook on to Moray Firth do with binoculars you could conceivably dolphin spot too ! Fish and chips and ice cream can be found in town.

Golden sand, stretching for miles.. On a hot day cannot be beaten, it can rival any foreign beach easily.
