We had read about the Model T Ford that was driven to the top of Ben Nevis from Fort William in 1911 and commemorated 100 years later with another event, so we were thrilled to finally see the wonderful life-size bronze replica on High Street....More

This model of a ford t is to celebrate the first motor car to climb Ben Nevis in 1911 (I think it was that year) not recommended to do now!

What a bizzare piece of street furniture! Did Henry Ford have connections to this place? A really strange photo opportunity we didn't care to take advantage of.

Nicely idea for a photo opportunity. Not crowded so easy to get a turn sitting in the Model T. I think the plaque posted said it will be moved inside at some point.

Even in the pouring rain and cool temps, it was fun to sit in this bronze car. Warmer conditions would have made it even more enjoyable, but no matter what it's always a spontaneous chance for a fun-photo.
