We took the train up to Inverness and were picked up straight from the train station. We were in the highlands to see places relevant to our Makenzie Clan heritage but we were on a very tight schedule. Our driver was not only incredibly knowledgeable about literally every place in the highlands we went, he was very kind and friendly. We took a trip from Inverness to Eilean Donan to Castle Leod and back to Inverness and his local Highlander knowledge of the area helped greatly in getting around in a timely fashion. One of the best parts was that he stopped us off the side of the road for a small monument dedicated to an important member of the Makenzie clan that we would never have known about. It was an incredible experience in the highlands, extremely professional, and worth way more than the price!

Much thanks to the Culloden House for recommending Mark. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He is extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable. His suggestions were spot on. He paid attention to our comments and created an extensive 3 day itinerary that fulfilled our dream Scottish adventure. He had answers to questions before we could ask. Mark we can’t thank you enough.

We were on a cruise and loved our guide, very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us an amazing time and made our trip extra special. The Mercedes car was clean with great A/c. We would use him again.

In March 2019, we used Highland Chauffeur Drive for two day-trips from Inverness. Mark drove one day and Ewan drove the second. In our advance communications about the booking, Mark was very responsive. In one of my communications, I typo-ed a date-mistake...and Mark showed good attention to detail by following up for clarification. On the first day, Mark drove us to the Kincraig / Kingussie and Cairngorms Natl Park area SE of Inverness. In Kincraig, he got out in pouring rain to open a gate for the Working Sheepdog Demonstration. Later, as I photographed many angles of the Ruthven Barracks in Kingussie, he quickly responded to the sudden appearance of a rainbow so that I'd get the best photography angle. Second day started with Culloden Battlefield and the Clava Cairns...then on to Loch Ness, Beauly Priory, and Dingwall. From Ewan we learned about the team sport of shinty. We found that our driving route took us into areas where he had lived so learning some of his personal background added delightful color to the day. The Mercedes was extremely comfortable and luxurious. Both Mark and Ewan are outstanding drivers and were happy to do whatever we wanted. As we went, we made ad hoc changes when learning about what was nearby. While we had specific sightseeing goals for each day, we didn't know enough to ask for all the "extras"--two examples being the Nairn Viaduct and a clydesdales stud farm. Thanks to Highland Chauffeur Drive, both days were top travel experiences in the Scottish Highlands!

We had booked 12 hour tour to Isle of Skye Tour with this company from Inverness in July 2018, we had booked an 8 seater Mercedes car and I must say that me and my family were very impressed with the service. Entire credit for this goes to Mr. Ewen M Robertson, who was our driver cum guide. I would recommend anyone going for a tour with this company to ask for Mr. Ewen, as he was the best guide we met in our entire tour to UK and Republic of Ireland. Not only is he good at the job but also very nice person to meet. Big cheers to the company and Mr. Ewen.
