Plenty of walking around the Loch, sandy beach to walk along plenty of Picnic Areas in the summer no doubt swimming would be possible. Some activities available from centre.

Calm loch with watersport friendly support. Like any other loch weather rules your plan and aviemore weather is very unpredictable . If the forecast is bright and sunny - why not try some still water surfing :)

As usual Loch Morlich delighted me. The panorama of the Cairngorms from the Loch is spectacular in Summer or Winter. Pristine sands and crystal clear water......you can't get much better than that.

What a stunning place to visit. Fantastic for all ages but especially families with young children. Beautiful scenery, lovely walks, swimming and picnics on the beach. Clean, well cared for area. Fresh air and lots to do in surrounding area. Cannot wIt to return.

There were lots of tents under the trees, and parking right next to the beach, I'm sure it was free,
