What a brilliant way to spend the afternoon with friends celebrating a birthday. The staff are great from the initial booking through Sarah to our Instructor Dave, whose great banter provided constant entertainment while at the same time providing reassurance for those in our group who were more anxious. All in all an awesome day out. Would highly recommend.

Did River Tubing with my 2 teenage boys and it didn't disappoint. Our guides was very good and when they was comfortable that we knew what we were doing they would give us a bit more freedom but also very vigilant when it came to guests safety.
The scenery when going down the river is beautiful and it's something i would recommend to anyone.
There is parts where you come off the tubes and have the option to jump into deep pools of water from the top of rocks which are about 10feet up, t's something when looking down makes you think twice but once I did it i loved it.
My boys thoroughly enjoyed it and came off with huge smiles at the end of the experience.

Excellent service and care from the very start. Friendly welcome, time taken to explain everything and nothing to much bother. Our party included an 8year old and she felt included and very grown up. Would highly recommend a visit, we’re planning our next visit already. Thank you to everyone involved.

My friend and I booked zip lining for some fun and adrenaline. The two of us were in a group of 10 on our excursion. The website states it takes 2hours 30minutes to complete the 14 zip lines however 2hours and 25 minutes of that is waiting for the other 9 people in the group to have their turn on the zip line. For what should be a fun and adrenaline filled time the vast majority is spent standing by a tree waiting your turn on a (too small) platform with a bunch of strangers. The guide actually admitted that management decided to have larger groups (for more dolla) but didn’t consider how many people the platforms could hold. I’m sorry to be so negative but it was quite a let down. I had more adrenaline anticipating the trip the morning of.

We booked as a family of 5 for the zip trek on the morning of 6th September, with two other couples joining our group to do the zip lines with us (fantastic group btw!). We had Craig as our instructor and he couldn’t have made our experience better, really lovely guy, who was well experienced and knew his stuff, he put everyone at ease and made sure no one got left behind on the hill walking up. One of our members of the group was particularly nervous with heights, but Craig was great with reassuring them and after a couple of zip lines, our group member was really enjoying themselves. We were lucky to have fantastic weather and it turned out sunny whilst doing the course, making for some amazing views over the Cairngorms. Would highly recommended this activity to anyone, we had a great morning which we won’t forget 😊

I can’t lie I was nervous to attempt the zip trek with my 11 year old grandson but I needn’t have worried. He absolutely loved every one of the 14 wires which got gradually, faster, longer and more exciting as the trek progressed.
Our guide ‘Mike’ was fabulous - so professional, and supportive of those who were a bit more nervous. What a great bunch of people were on our trek too - all really encouraging.
G2 Zip Trek is a must do experience.

My boys and myself are on a 8 day road trip around the highlands and while camping in Aviemore we booked onto a couple of activities with G2 . Zipwires trek on first day with Jim giving us instructions and looking after us . Excellent, really enjoyed it. The team do a really good job and very reassuring with their COVID-19 precautions.
Next was the Gorge walking , Wow! It certainly wakes you up!! A brilliant experience, my boys really enjoyed it. Definitely pay another visit next time we’re around.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time on the Zip Trek. Our guide, Dave, was friendly and funny, and we felt very safe. We unfortunately were unable to complete the longest zipline (550m) due to unsafe weather conditions, but Dave came up with a quick solution to allow us to do the side-by-side line instead that would still be safe. We also did get to complete the 330m line, which was still thrilling and had great views despite limited visibility that day. Highly recommend doing the longer zip course; you won't regret it. The views are stunning! I hope to be back one day for the 550m line :)

Just finished the guided zip line course and it was brilliant!
Our guide Dave was awesome! Made us feel totally at ease.
It's only a short walk up the hill to get started, totally manageable for most
At the start is the safety briefing, very important, but it's simple to understand and not long. After that it's onto the lines back down, each getting longer and faster as you go.
The scenery as you go is really nice, and you do get a chance to take it all in.
Dave was lots of fun and a really interesting guy to talk to. He kept an eye on everyone without anyone really noticing, and paid particular attention to our daughter who was by far the youngest in the group at only 8. She managed fine, even being a bit light
All in, a great day out. We will definitely be back, and I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone and everyone. Well worth doing. Thanks to everyone who works there and special thanks to Dave

This was a team building event, organised for Aviemore’s retained fire service, and it was SUPERB. It seems that there were only 2 rules, first and foremost is safety which is absolutely paramount to ALL events that G2 provide and second rule is that everyone enjoys themselves, which isn’t hard to do. All of the staff really do everything possible to ensure a fun day out. Look forward to our next team building event which will no doubt be another of G2’s activities. Thanks to all concerned.
