a friend took me here for a birthday night out. unfortunately we had a table near the mic. saw a few tables in for a pizza eat quick and flee before the comedy started. they must have had a heads up. the host went round every table taking the piss out of everyone. sometimes taking it too far. i was terrified. pizza was nice but i never once got out my seat to buy a drink during the show knowing id be targeted. probably best to go in here with a few drinks down your neck first. not sure i would go back. prefer comedy shows in bigger places where the gags dont have to be on the audience.…

Went to Glasgow 2 weeks ago and we were really excited to come to yesbar we booked in advance for the meal and show. We got there and it was closed due to plumbing issues. I understand that this was out of their control but we gave them two ways to contact us beforehand and they didn’t and they’d already taken the money from our account. I just thought it was inconsiderate to not contact us and we wasted time traveling there and didn’t know what to do with our night when our plans suddenly changed. We waited 48 hours thinking surely someone would contact us to apologise and issue our refund but no one bothered. Had to ask for our money back and they offered nothing as an apology like a discount to make me want to bother to come back again. …

Had found deal on livingsocial for two people ,starter, pizza and entry into comedy club . On arrival waitress was really pleasant and food came hot and tasty. Half priced drinks on certain days. We went sunday night, had many drinks before waiting to attent comedy downstairs. Asked staff when we could enter club to be told 7.55 although people had already started to go down. Club is small and basic. But bar wasnt opened so have to go back upstairs for drinks. We were charged £6.30 each for vodka and coke although bottle of wine was £10. Until went back to get another bottle which had then changed to £16.50 for same bottle. Female bar tender looked as if she didnt want to be there . Comedy was great . Two acts were amazing and compere was brilliant. Had a great laugh and would go back. But will not be embarrassed next time to sort out change in drink prices…

My boyfriend and I took my mum and Dad last night for pizza and comedy club, waited about half hour for drinks each time, when asked what was happening was told ‘I don’t know I work up here not down here’ then waiting on food over an hour, asked 3 people, including manager what was happening, got told 3 different stories, everyone else that was in after us got served. manager was clearly drunk behind bar, slurring words to customers and overheard telling friends ‘was p***ed’. Barged into my mum when walking past stating ‘ I’m fine I didn’t feel it’ spoke to boy that was serving he said ‘I know it’s sh**e’ when questioned about Manager being under influence of alcohol. Overall service was shocking, and won’t be back …

Visited here with friends for a bite to eat. We actually waited around 30mins for our first drinks never mind our food which took over an hour!! We could not get the attention of the waiting staff to order more drinks or even the bill. We ended up going downstairs and asking at the bar but still waited nearly another 30mins. The only reason we waited was because we were meeting more friends but did not hang around once they turned up. Pretty disgraceful service with no apology! …
