Visited on the first Saturday as Lockdown lifted , obviously a precarious time for the staff & customers alike . I have to say the bar was completely organised with regard to social distancing, had clearly taken all the necessary precautions to ensure they were ready for reopening after such a long closed period.staff were going the extra mile on service and were extremely polite & helpful in every way , it’s been a couple of years since I last visited but it’s easy to see that this an extremely friendly & popular bar .plenty of choice on beers & if real ale or whiskey is your tipple you will not be disappointed, extensive selection available. Wasn’t intending staying as long as we did but it was a very pleasant experience so we decided to try the food and again this establishment excelled itself. First class in every department and indeed I will be returning again within the next few weeks. The owner is a very nice & friendly person and will comfortably mix with his customer base , he can be very proud of his team at this bar . If you haven’t tried this bar you should certainly give it a visit, I hope you enjoy it .

A very warm welcoming environment, the staff are very friendly and helpful when you are making drink and food orders. The choices of Ales and Whiskeys are excellent. Myself and my Husband visit the Bon accord regularly, every visit we have found the atmosphere to be very good.
The Owners Paul and Thomas are very nice and make everyone feel welcome. What shines the most is the staff being very approachable and helpful, and what stands out to me is how happy the staff are within there work environment.

On a recent 'road trip' to Glasgow, my friend and I had drinks here, before and after an Indian meal. The bar is well known and very popular. If you like real ale, then the choice here will really put a smile on your face. If you don't, they have a fair choice of the well known beers, lagers and ciders, as well as one of the best selections of whisky you will see. The bar is known for its sports coverage as well, and is an ideal stopping off point before any event in the city. I have been many times, and there is nothing surer than that I will be back, so give it a try.

Went on Sunday with family and it was as good as I remembered before lockdown. The great staff are still there and 5 different meals, each one tasty, good sized portions and well priced. Felt very comfortable and well organised, with sanitizer available. Really good to have a taste of normal!

Visited the Bon Accord for the first time since social distancing measures were introduced, and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to all.

The pub is known for its friendly welcome and great staff, alongside the huge whisky and ale selection, but the measures currently in place are really reassuring. All tables are met at the door, details taken, folk seated around the pub to space groups out (rather than closing areas off when quiet) and drinks ordered at the table with very knowledgeable staff. I also appreciated being able to run a tab rather than pay each drink - making for just one card payment (as per pay as you go, or app ordering).

Have been visiting for many years, and will continue to do so.

Only spent an hour in this pub with my wife and stepson for a drink, but instantly loved the place . Extremely welcoming staff, excellent cask beer selection . Lovely decor . Easy to see why it is so highly rated amongst the many pubs of Glasgow
A little walk out of the city centre , but well worth the trip . We will return and try try the food next time

Excellent on all fronts.
Close to Premier Inn. Bit of a struggle to get there with my bad hip and friend's bad knee but we'll worth the effort. We arrived early for our table with myself being somewhat distressed on the Saturday night.
The staff could not do enough to help.
I had peppered mushrooms, my friend had steak pie. She is a picky eater but cleared her plate with ease. Came back on Sunday night.
Friend had steak and chips, I had the soup. Two very happy diners.
Tried this morning to book for two in February.
Unfortunately they are unable to take bookings so far in advance.
We will be back!!

An outstanding choice for whisky with nearly 500 to choose from and 10+ real ales available. The 3 ales I tried were all in excellent condition. Good choice of meals also available.
Lots of iconic football photos on display including one of Billy Bremner and Jim Baxter celebrations after defeating England 3:2 at Wembley in 1967.
If in Glasgow this pub is a must visit.

Not the cheapest of bars, but a great selection of whiskeys and traditional ales.

Friendly staff, and quick service.

The food is good, and they offer an extensive menu, with additional seating away from the bar.
