Went here for the first time with my daughter to see a gig - Rationale. Band were amazing and the venue was brilliant as was cosy and intimate. I was worried about going to see a band being a bit older, but I didn't because of the venue.

The atmosphere saved the evening. The venue itself seems to be somewhat relying on its famous reputation, however nothing on the night convinced me that it's currently worthy of it's "best small gig venue" label. Socks need to be pulled up a little. The place needs a refresh, the door staff need to lighten up, and the beer was shocking.... More

Just in for a pint with a couple of pals on a Tuesday afternoon. Seemed like a cool wee place, loads of great bands have played there and there is a lot of interesting memorabilia decorating the walls. Be good to go back when it's busier.

I booked King Tuts for two reasons initially, close to the hotel and the sound of the menu which appealed to both my sense of humour and love of music. The venue had a relaxed easy going feel about it and we were met by a very friendly member of staff who showed us to our table. The food was... More

Was Here last night for food with a friend. The food was gorgeous and service fantastic. I had the chilli and my friend had the veggie burrito. Can't believe how quiet it was !! Will be back 😍

i had been to king tuts twice before and the third time I went me and my friends were denied access. I feel the venue itself isn't big enough for the amount of people they let in so crowds end up being too cramped. However I didn't question when thinking about going to jaws. I went to go in with... Place smells musty, sticky floors....the things that are never mentioned in any other reviews for the place! Granted, alot of "big" names have graced the stage here, but that's neither here nor there. The stairs are cool. The sound guy that worked on the latest Raintown gig was cute, yet the sound man that was working for Frankie Ballard (unsure... More

Recommended to go to this place by a friend who lives in the city and I love it! The venue is really characteristic and quite intimate considering some of the big names that have played there. Will definitely be returning to hear some more great bands. The stage has its own bar but the bar downstairs is really cool too.

Wanted to visit some live music in Glasgow and heard this venue was great from friends. We are visiting from Vancouver, BC, Canada. The headliner was Calum Frame and he was really good. We were blown away by another local named Carly Conner who can just plain sing. The best rock venues are small with great sound and this place... More
