After visiting Frasers on Sunday 26th June 2022 I was very disappointed with my latest shopping experience in store, having previously found the range of products and customer service to be very good or excellent.
After picking 3 garments from the Hugo Boss collection that were advertised as 'up to 50% off' I went to pay for my items and was surprised at the total price as it was far more expensive as we had predicted. Asking the sales assistant she advised that 1 item was 1/2 price but the other 2 were still full price. After speaking to the department supervisor who commented 'there was nothing she could do'. I run my own business and know this is against the law - this is false advertising! They were not willing to drop the price by even 1 penny. Shocking! be careful when buying 'Sale' products from so called 'Sale' products at Frasers!

I went to HOF last Friday and a lovely girl from the Benefit counter said they had some deals so I went for a look. I bought a couple of things and got home to Edinburgh to find that one of the items hadn't been put in my bag. It cost £25 so understandably I wasn't happy.
I called the store nearly 20 times and didn't get through. It rang so long without an answer that it cut me off time and time again. I googled various numbers and tried them all and none of them work. I have messaged them umpteen times via Instagram and have been told as it was a store purchase that I've to travel back from Edinburgh to Glasgow to discuss the missing item. Clearly that won't be happening and they can't seem to offer a solution. I have asked for the Chief Executive details, have asked for a manager call, have asked to speak to somebody from the Benefit counter and I'm yet to hear anything 4 days later. My messages are being completely ignored.
I've genuinely never had worse service in my life and I'm appalled that they think this is ok.
HOF get your act together! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Visited with my partner on Saturday 16th April. Bought a great pair of trousers that I am really happy with but the place is really let down by the behaviour of their security team. I am not sure if they have had incidences or problems recently but myself and my partner (both in our 30s) felt stared at, speculated on, and judged the entire time we were in the department store. We’ve been in a multitude of nice shops and department stores across the world but not seen as much abject hostility from security staff before. Honestly made to feel like a criminal and I never have, nor ever will, shop lift in my life. Unfortunately we won’t be back unless they have a team that actually want to help make the shop money and not drive away custom…

Overall a very poor service from House of Fraser. I was gifted an hoodie at christmas time which was faulty and when I tried to return it to exchange the item or get it refunded I was refused despite providing a gift receipt and being within the return period. I was advised to get in touch online. Avoid this at all costs - the customer service team online are useless. I continuously received responses from different people who had equally no idea what issue I was trying to resolve. This went on for a number of months, and they instructed me to attend the store. When I did return I spoke to a very helpful manager (the one saving grace) who said she had no idea why I was refused the return, but now that the return window was past there was nothing could be done. Despite this being the fault of the store representatives sending me away the first time and then online representatives being of little use in resolving the issue. I am now stuck with quite an expensive piece of clothing that cannot be worn.

Myself and my 29 year old daughter Alana visited the store today looking for advice on skin treatment. Alana's face has broken out in fiery looking spots and she needed some help in buying the correct products. Luckily we found Origins skincare and with the help of Lilly she purchased a box of trial size assorted creams etc to see if she is happy with the products before buying full size ones. We can't praise Lilly enough for her professionalism, knowledge and guidance. Hopefully the trial package will suit Alana and will certainly return to see Lilly to purchase more products.

My friend and I on a shopping trip to Glasgow and dropped by Frasers. I popped by Dior counter.. I was looking for a particular gift and finally found it here ... I was served by Hayley who was so helpful and an absolute delight. It was a really good service. My purchases were gift wrapped and placed in a beautiful carrier. My details given and would receive offers, etc. It was such a nice experience and look forward to visiting again soon.

I purchased gifts for my husband 08/12/21 for Christmas. I had to return them on
27/12/21 as they were not suitable. I was informed of their NO REFUND POLICY.
This made me very angry as two different sales assistants had told me I could return
them after Christmas for a refund.

Avoid this store if purchasing gifts unless you wish to exchange or accept gift vouchers.

Very disappointed.

Really disappointed with the customer service. I was down in Glasgow for a getaway and decided to treat myself to a Valentino handbag. Costing £130. I also purchased more items in store however the bag is the issue. I got home to Inverness and noticed that there was a defect on the bag (items should be in tact for selling or otherwise stated as defected which it was not). I contacted customer service and finally got through after many failed attempts. I asked if I could post the bag back back to return the item or exchange it. I was told that I would have to return it in person. Given that I live in Inverness it would cost me time and money for the sake of an exchange. I think this is an unreasonable request given the store is at fault for selling damaged items.
I don’t often treat myself and wish I hadn’t bothered. Very poor experience.

I went in to Charlotte tillbury for the first time to have my foundation shade colour matched and I was made to feel so comfortable from Sadia and another blonde member of staff. Lovely girls such an enjoyable experience which I usually dread but they were so kind complimented my skin and just chatted away. I can't wait to visit again. Sadia was so honest and knowledgeable I felt so at ease with them. Great experience all around and staff are a credit to the store! I've had compliments all week about my skin it feels so glowy with my new products. Thanks again ☺️💕

An absolutely STUNNING lady (Aisha?) was so helpful today. I was looking for new makeup (foundation and concealer), she took the time to listen to what I was looking for and was able to help me so quickly, she really knew her stuff. She was so chatty and kind too. Lancome needs to give her a promotion/pay rise or both!
