Made a visit earlier today and had some problems with our booking. Very friendly and helpful member of staff, Stephanie (?), was fantastic and made sure we had a great night in spite of these issues. Great level of customer service, we will be back!

One of the most comfortable theatres I’ve visited, been in all theatres in Glasgow, some in Edinburgh and also Scarborough, and Cineworld is way ahead. So comfortable and staff are helpful and have time for their elderly patrons.
