Have to say this must be one of the biggest cinema complexes i have ever been too. Travelling on the escalators was an experience itself as provided good view of central Glasgow. Seats are very comfortable and service was quick at sweets kiosks.

I attended the cinema in Renfrew Street in July 2016 and there was ongoing renovations at that time so unfortunately the toilets on certain levels were unavailable. Then the day that I attended there was a blackout and the whole cinema was evacuated 10mins into my film starting. Trying to get hold of anyone through the helpline to transfer tickets... More

We were just 20mins early for a movie on a Sunday eve so went to sit in the new bar without ordering anything. The staff asked us to leave if we did not order anything.. It was empty! Then gave us rude looks when we did not immediately leave. I would understand if they were busy but the place was... More

I recently visited Glasgow with my 5 year old daughter so for her first time to a cinema we went to watch Finding Dory. We booked our tickets online & I'm glad we did as when arrived the ticket line was crazy long! Food counter was fast in serving us & so friendly. Seats lovely & comfy & spacious. A... More

First, I would like to say that I have been a regular customer of this cinema since it opened, and have had generally good encounters. However, today I went along to see a new movie and, after booking tickets, eating out in an expensive restaurant to get to the film on time, collecting tickets and buying drinks and snacks (which... Yesterday I went to see the 4DX showing of Suicide Squad and was blown away (at times literally) by how amazing the movie was along with 4DX motions. This movie is definitely one I would recommend for other people. Thank you cineworld for making my experience as always so so amazing.

Have been a regular customer of Cineworld since it opened but this was the 1st time since the recent refurbishment. The cinema was in need of an update and aesthetically it’s far more pleasing now. We viewed Jason Bourne in Screen 15 and the theatre is significantly more comfortable now with much improved seating and LED lighting indicating rows. Great... More

We went with the kids to see the new Ice Age film. 2adults and 2 children were £25. We had to go up many excaltors to get to our screen. There is a snack bar on each level. We were told the toilets were broken on our level. We went in and our son (age 4) had to sit on... More

As an Unlimited card holder I am a regular here. The majority of the staff are friendly and helpful. Toilet facilities can sometimes require a little attention but the new cinema upgrade is making for a much better experience.

Standard multiplex cinema showing the usual blockbusters. Very handy to get to as its in the centre of town. Expensive if you don't have a cineworld card. Used to be the tallest cinema in Europe. Currently undergoing renovations but has standard bar and popcorn outlets. Nothing special but good view of Glasgow from the top.
