Hampden Park is a stadium which has a lot of history, unfortunately it is not a good place to watch an event in. Large amounts of the seats leave you with a really poor view of the action with no perception of distances on the pitch.Compared to nearby countries National Stadiums like The Millennium,Aviva & Wembley it is really poor and... Great traditions in this place and special occasions for football fans but not the best laid out stadium poor views from many areas as the stands are a distance away from the field. Atmosphere isnt what it should be for a 60,000 seater stadium. Nice museum to go visit

Took a wee trip from Nairn with my Fiance for his Birthday. As his favourite Team, Rangers were away playing Ross County, I thought to keep the football theme going, I would surprise him with a trip to the Scottish Football Museum with a Stadium Tour too. We both thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.. The Tour Guide was very informative... More

We attended Hampden Park back in June to see Coldplay. Great concert venue but do make sure you take cash as all bars are cash & there's no cash points within the venue.

Been here many times and the occasion can make the day for you but overall its not the best stadium ive ever been too. Poor views from many of the areas, wide open spaces between pitch and stands doesnt give an amazing atmosphere. The main stand is very modern but the rest of the place isnt fit for the countries... It's time to get a new national stadium. The facilities are pathetic and even when seated my son couldn't see due to two adults sitting in front of him. It is dated and the seats are not steep enough like modern stadiums. As much as it annoys me Celtic park would be a better venue or murrayfield at least they... More

Hampden Park is synonymous with soccer throughout the football universe. A fantastic tour here and full of many memories, both happy and sad. Highly recommended for a visit! In menacingly tight soccer competitions a winner and loser must be chosen and the game, the championship and the entire league may come down to mere penalty kicks, which, I believe, most... More

Very hard to describe the emotion and feeling of being Scots in your national Stadium alongside another 36000, you have to be there to appreciate it

i reacently took my 11 year old daughter to the stadium to see a scotland international team play for the first time, I found the seating to be perfect and the stewards controlling the crowds very well was disapointed by the pre match entertainment provided by the local radio st DJ Mr Bowie i found the music far to load...
