The best part of the lighthouse is the observation deck at the top. You get a great panoramic view of Glasgow. It's free to enter also!

Offering city views from two vantage points, one via an amazing spiral staircase. There was an exhibition dedicated to Charles Rennie Mackintosh who designed the building. The modern annex has lifts and escalators. Plenty of loo's, a cafe and gift shop. And its free!

An interesting architecture experience. Take an old building you don't want to tear down, add an addition to update it, but keep it's character and history. No small task. Each floor offers something different and the top offers a stunning view of the city of...More

The Macintosh exhibition here is absolutely stunning - really creative and absorbing. And there are additional architecture exhibitions which were added value, albeit there is no charge!
