I highly recommend because you will learn a lot of history about Scotland that you never even thought of. They will show you where there was a resent ghost spotted or seen. Its like a 2hrs tour.

We were highly entertained by our guide. The tour of the jail gave us an appreciation of what the families who stayed there endured. A great evening!

It’s not that spooky - just depends how receptive you are to the paranormal, but from a historical point of view it is the best way to visit St.Andrews, and the guide is very well informed.

Website says the tours are still available in September when you're there. I believe the guide takes a short break in August during the Lammas Market there.
