Recently popped in for coffee and cake. Nice selection of home baking. Lovely well maintained accommodation in beautiful location. Owners and staff were very relaxed and friendly. Enjoyed a browse in the gallery and gift shop. Commendable enterprise. Happy to recommend.

Hi Marguerita M - please accept our apologies for the late reply - we don't seem to get alerted when someone writes a comment. Many thanks for you review and glad you liked the cheese scones!

A small, intimate tearoom with home baked cakes and scones - now soup as well. The proceeds go to charity, Mary's Meals and Children's Hospice Association, Scotland. An inspiration of what you can do in retirement.

Hi ChPat - many thanks for your very kind comments about the tearoom and gallery. We are hoping to open again before Christmas but that depends on Margaret returning to full health. Thanks again, Walter

Many thanks for your kind review. Unfortunately, we have had to close the gallery and tearoom temporarily due to illness, but hopefully we will re-open before the end of the year. Thanks again.

A lovely situation with wonderful views of the sea below. The gallery, with paintings and jewellery, is very tasteful. This is a quiet and reserved tearoom for gentle, very private conversation.More

Many thanks for your kind comments and we look forward to see you again. All of the tearoom profits and some of the gallery commission goes to charity - last year we gave over £11,000 divided between Mary's Meals and the Children's Hospice Association Scotland.
