I refuse regularly come here with my children and have a very very fussy 6 year old. She only eats chicken nuggets, and I mean no chips just nuggets, you get 3 nuggets to plate I asked if I can swap beans and chips for extra nuggets and go told no! So I had to pay for another whole meal!!!! I paid £6.50 for 6 chicken nuggets!! I find this ridiculous!!! Everytime I ask them to come and go it's like I'm asking them to give me the moon!!! Like it's illegal to swap chips for 2 extra nuggets, I'm guessing the staff are lucky enough to have non fussy children because every meal time is a struggle for me with my daughter and they could at least swap one thing for another

Came with friends on Sunday 9th April at 10am.

The place was okay however it was freezing for the whole two hours, you had to go outside to warm up.

They play music far too loud and you can’t hear people sitting next to you!

There’s better places around, visit as a last resort

Horrid experience from the get go with bongos staff.

we had booked a party for my daughter, at the time of booked we confirmed date, time, food preferences and estimated party guest numbers.

On the day if the party i walked into bongos with my daughter, around 10 minutes before it started. The lady at reception told me to "go through and find the area with her name" . After searching for a while I found a room with her name on the board and a handful of questionable looking sandwiches and uncooked chopped up hotdogs (I actually though this was leftovers from a previous party, but nope it was the food for my daughter's party)

When my daughter's guests arrived they were told to go to the table with my daughter's name on it... No table had my daughter's name on it. After 20mins of confusion a staff member came and asked us to leave the party room. Turns out there was supposed to be a table set up in the main play area with my daughter's name on it and juice for the kids to drink. This was NOT done and was NOT advised .

I was sitting with the other parents whilst the kids were playing and a member of staff came upto me and asked for payment for the party. I advised the girls that my husband worked across from bongos and was coming in 20mins with my credit card to pay for the party. 10 minutes later she comes back and loudly aggressively tells me that if I don't make payment in 15 minutes the kids can't go into the party room.
I assumed (because I wasn't told when booking and I'm not s mind reader) that payment would be made at the end. There was no need for this lady to be so aggressive. I paid my deposit when booking, my husband was joining us in 20minutes and again I wasn't informed that payment had yo be completed halfway into the party.

My husband arrived moments later so
I went to reception to speak with staff and pay for party. I over heard the supposed supervisor and the lady who didn't tell me the correct information at the beginning of the party mouthing of about me.

Just a FYI bongos staff don't be so nasty about people when your are in your work place, also then don't try to deny it when I clearly heard every single word you said.

Once the party was over the staff even forgot to give some of the kids their party bags...

Honestly such a horrid experience, thankfully the kids still had fun but all of the parents were left horrified.

My grand daughter had a party here on 3rd july and was hurt on the soft play also with her oldest sister and when called the place where not intrested , also the ice cream was not even a scoop was very poor same with the food. there was no face painting or anything also the kids had to keep themselves entertained as no one was doing with anything with them. bongo bear came out for 3 mins if that and quick party games were guy kept looking at his watch. also the candle for the cake presentation was very poor as never put the candle up properly and then light it with candle wax on cake. i have a very upset grand daughter who will never be back here and taking this futher as the message us back on facebook but the blocked my daughter on facebook when she made a complaint to them and was very rude. would never go there SO POOR

Arrived on a Friday at 3.30pm and it was surprisingly quiet. Took an age to check in, staff disorganised, kept walking away, talking to colleagues and ignoring us. Price for our 4yr old was fine (£4.95), at £3.95 for a 1yr old 2 days past his birthday was steep. usually pay £2.50 in Fife for him.
On entering the play area there is a distinct smell. Food prices are fair, although we did not order. The area itself is littered with paper signs ordering customers about, rather unkept, food on floor, dust/ cobweb build up etc. Not great.
Older children were in the younger areas and no one attended to them. There is an area with sit and ride cars for 1-4yrs. My 1yr was pushed and driven over repeatedly before we removed him and he spent the remainder running around our table as he was wary to return to the play area.
Sadly, we will not be back. Not enjoyable despite being told otherwise. There are other better facilities in the area.

The staff are rude & unhelpful, it's hugely overpriced, making you pay to sit in the cafe even if your children are too small to play, despite buying coffee & cake (coffee is rubbish). Hygiene is very questionable as well. There are much better places in the area.
