Fab Fun for the Family
Jan 2020 • Family
So I had researched and read the reviews, I was expecting to find the soft play dirty, toilets smelly and mouldy food when in fact what I found was polite staff, a clean environment and lots of happy children.

We visited on a Wednesday morning, around 11am. It was a £1 for unlimited play at my wee one is just 11months. On arrival the staff member was friendly and greated our wee girl.

The soft play is huge, I can see why parking might be an issue during busy times but being in an industral site am sure parking could be found locally.

We tired the under two area first, it has more in it than other soft plays we have visited with two machines that sook and fire balls and a air blower that hoovers balls which our girl loved! The foam barriers and animals are looking a little grubby but there was no fluff or unsavouries on the mats and although the balls look grubby I didn't feel any extras in the ball pit!

We tried the toddler area which says its for ages 2-5.
Again it's looking aged, the material on the foam is worn in places but was clean enough.
There are a few slides which were perfect for our girl and she loved the 'triangle' wedges Mummy not so much as its very tight 😂.
I could see most 4 year olds being happy in there and as all areas are gated they may even stay put as the handles are high up!

We just walked through the larger frame and kicked a ball about in the pitch, it was obviously too difficult for our kiddy but those kids who were on it looked to be have a grand time!

We didn't eat anything so can't really comment on the taste but all the food we did see looked lovely and smelt lovely!

Toilets were clean with no puddles on the floor, although the paper work was dated Monday not Wednesday.

Over all.... The soft play is slightly showing its age but I've yet to find one that isn't. It was clean, staff were friendly and we will be back!!

Great!
Sep 2019 • Family
First visit today with my two boys and their cousin, all under 5. We did not have food so can’t comment on that but found the place to be really clean (staff were actively cleaning during our visit) equipment, tables and toilets all very clean. The member of staff at reception was very friendly as was another lady inside, perhaps the manager? She seemed genuinely concerned for the safety and welfare of the children. As it was off peak, it wasn’t busy and the price for unlimited play was great. Really wanted to write a review as had read negative reviews before visiting and found the experience to be an enjoyable one and will return.

First and last visit
Aug 2019 • Family
Came on a wet weekend. First thing that I discovered was the entry fee... Nearly £9 per child. Bit excessive especially when through the week (excluding holidays or when most children are at school) is almost 1/2 the price. Also £1 entry fee (seriously?!)for my baby who is only 6 weeks old...not quite sure he'll get his money worth playing on the slides!

Food.... restaurant prices...but certainly not the quality of a restaurant. Save your money, if you decide to come in, and go to McDs afterward as you'll get a better quality at a much better price! I'm just back from a trip to London City and even there the prices were not as expensive. Average price was £10 for burger and £17 for a sharing platter!
Kids meals £5 each (think they should be free after robbing me at the entrance) were...healthy...or so they claim! Hotdog, burger, nuggets all with chips unless you want to swap for a dressed salad which consisted of a few lettuce leaves!
£3.95 for a slushy? Holy crap, do your staff collect the ice from Antarctica for that price?!

Music was blaring, felt like I was in a nightclub, which was competing against the noise of screaming kids (that bit I can handle) bit does the music need to be so loud?

Sadly, won't be back. Next time it's raining my kids can take an umbrella and play outside!

Twins liked it and Kel was great
Jul 2019 • Family
Lots to do, lots of activities.

Twins are still a bit small and got stuck up the top of a climbing frame and were a bit scared, however Kel went up and was very patient and understanding and managed to get them down, she was a real asset.

I hate this place
Jun 2019 • Family
I live in Falkirk and have been a few times and after today I will never go back. The staff are so rude. Even to the children. The place is falling apart now half the equipment didn't work. The slides are filthy. The plonker at the front desk was horribly rude. No pleases or thanks not even a friendly world came out his month. I just felt like he barked at me. Toilets disgusting I took my baby out to the car to change him because the thought of changing him in there is was rancid. highchairs honestly there are no words. Food is like something out a dive cafe not priced that way thought would have been cheaper go out for a restaurant meal with the family than that. The place is a dump over priced dump. Really let's Falkirk down. Was so much better before it was wonder world now it's just a nightmare. Don't waste your money so many better places to go.

Birthday party blunder !!
Apr 2019 • Family
I booked a party here for my daughters 7th birthday in April and i have never been so dissapointed in all my life. Right from the start of the booking it was a disater! At the time of booking i asked for the invitations to be sent out asap before the schools went off on holiday. In the end i had to go into the place to get them my self as they had not bothered to post them out to me despite me calling them several times to say that the invitations had not arrived yet. On the day of the party i was greeted by my party host who showed us to the party room which was not the one that i had booked and my daughter was a bit upset about it. We also never got the face painter that i had booked and paid for. Again my daughter got upset ( days later i was refunded for face painter) during the party i spent most of my time trying to find my party host which caused a lot of stress as she was always no where to be seen. I had to go and ask for drinks to be brought up as the kids were thirsty and later i had to ask for food to be brought up as it was a couple of hours into the party and kids were hungry and party was almost finished. Eventually after hunting for the party host again the food was brought up and was far too hot for the kids to eat. Also for some reason the party host never served the food out to the kids either... i was left to do that. In fact I was the one who did most of the hosting. It was then time for the cake and i was annoyed that the party host had put 8 candles on the cake instead of 7. Just shows that she wasnt listining . The day after i called up to complain and all i got was a free pass for a visit to soft play and a refund for the face painter that never showed up. I was expecting a lot more as they had ruined my daughters party. I paid for a service that they did not fully provide. Shocking.

Have been here many times with my elder child over the years and have seen place decline visited today with my 18 month old and was charged £7.95 entry when realistically only 1 small area she can play in which had older kids running in and out of them worst bit came food another child in our group got kids pizza as she was eating she said it was horrible picked it up and immediately noticed funny smell from it looked closer and base had mouldy bits told member of staff who took it to kitchen to be told it’s bits from oven!? Yeah some black bits were from that fair enough but other spots were clearly mouldy bit never returned with the pizza but told us would replace said child didn’t want now as it was horrible and wouldn’t risk same again so did get money back but clearly should not be serving that to anyone in 1st place! Then child used toilet and toilet roll dispenser held together with black tape generally cleanliness of place was bad especially toilets

Great place but experience

Stop there for my 2 years old son so he can stretch his legs while going towards Edinburgh Airport. Place is great with lot of stuff but price is expensive. I think charge 8 pounds for 2 years old is to much.

Good but very expensive
Apr 2019 • Family
The place is a great facility with lots of things for the children to do, and the coffee is good (more healthy snacks for kids would be good, the healthiest thing we could buy was Pom Bear crisps). However, there were a few issues.

The entry price was £8.95 which was ridiculous, there were no obvious price lists in the entrance kiosk area and I had understood from the website that it would be £4.95, so when the woman at the desk told us it would be £26.85 for 3 children (4,5 and 7) for 2 hours, we were really shocked. We may not have gone in, but out of politeness we paid and entered.

Inside was good (if not a little cold!), however the toilet cubicles are way too small, there is no room if you are taking a small child to the toilet and then no low sinks to wash their hands.

Overall the children had a really good time, (however, the black bits on the volcano were apparently very painful on small toes). But, I'm not sure I'll be coming back, I would rather pay less to go to a smaller soft play centre.
