Booked a slot for me and my wee one. Haven’t been to the Mariner Centre before despite living locally. Arrived at the slot time and was let through to the changing area very quickly and given a designated cubicle. Plenty of space for me and my toddler. Pool was warm and because of the limited numbers, we had lots of space to play around. We got about 40 mins in the pool and then had to leave as our slot was coming to an end. No showers allowed on the way out allowed to ensure the changeover was done on time, which was fine. Easy fixed at home. Back out through a one way system, all within the hour. The pool is looking its age a bit but to be honest it’s fine for what it is. The staff were brilliant, all very friendly and well versed on what they needed to do. I saw cubicles being cleaned and sanitised as we headed out. Toilets also clean. All of the staff in the communal areas were wearing masks. Would definitely return.…

Worst gym in falkirk, very little equipment. The cable machine has no accessories as its deemed 'unsafe' because of covid, some gym staff are very unfriendly, not a place I would recommend, vastly overpriced compared to most other gym in the area. how they can charge £37 a month for this sh!t hole is a absolute disgrace, wont be back and will be canceling my membership…

Pool shuts at 9:30pm and if you turn up at 7:40pm for a swim they wont let you in as last entry is 7:30pm! Seems odd that they shut entry two hours before pool shuts. The kids only splash around for a hour tops. Had two very upset kids so had to return 9am the next morning. There is nothing on the web pages that says there is a last entry time into the pool either. Bit of a pain and staff on desk were not helpful and couldn't really care. They just shouted as I walked in "if your in for the poo, last entry was 7:30" then went back to their chatting. Changing rooms and pool are always cold too but the kids like the wave machine.…
