Edinburgh Darkside Walking Tour: Mysteries, Murder and Legends

1,624 reviews
The atmospheric city of Edinburgh is best explored by night, when tales of mystery and murder are at their most frightening. Discover the dark side of Scotland's capital on a historical walking tour that covers Edinburgh’s morbid past. Wind your way through the cobbled streets of Calton Hill, North Bridge, and Canongate cemetery, all of which are inaccessible by coach bus or car, and listen to stories that focus on torture, treason, and death.

Really enjoyed our Digital Drinks with Stewart Brewing on Friday night. A perfect lock down activity to get the whole family together whilst getting to drink plenty of excellent Stewart Brewing beers :)

Would thoroughly recommend Stewart Brewing’s Digital Drinks Beer Tasting. Great fun activity in Covid times for 7 friends and superbly hosted by Callum of Stewart Brewing. 6 great beers sent out to all participants in time for our Zoom tasting session, and plenty of time to chat- in fact our session lasted well over 3 hours. In summary a great way of meeting up with some friends and enjoying some brilliant beers together.

We did the digital drinks last weekend and everyone really enjoyed it! 7 households took part, and we were all sent our box of beers and other supplies in advance. The evening was a lot of fun, and we all discovered some new favourite beers that we wouldn't have otherwise tried. Huge thanks to Angus, our host, who was great fun and pitched it at the exact right level for us. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great time at Stewart Brewing craft beer kitchen. Angus was a great host and led us through the brewing process really well. He was good fun and knew his stuff. I’m sure we will end up with a great beer once it’s done. Would recommend this to any craft beer lover.

2 friends, my fiancee and I had the craft beer kitchen experience which was a 30th birthday present to me from my fiancee. Around 3 weeks ago was our brew day which was an excellent day out We all had a great time with Angus directing us through the different stages of brewing and teaching us science lessons with the chance for a rest and a beer at a couple of points through the process. Everyone at the brewery was extremely friendly and helpful and showed an interest in what we were brewing. We picked up the beer yesterday, which it is exactly what we wanted and we love the finished product. Best thing we've done during lockdown by far.
