We did the St. Andrews and Fife fishing village. Not much to do except in St. Andrews but only given 2 hrs and it was time to eat lunch. We did a drive by of the golf course. The fishing village was a walk through with not much time to do anything, including a wee bite. Eric, I’m told the older, was ok but thought himself a singing entertainer which is a more than he was, kilt and all. Falkland was not much to see except the palace but only an hour to do it for £6. Ate ice cream off a street vendor instead. I will say we saw a lot of countryside and Eric did give some rather interesting historical info when it could be heard. We constantly asked for an increase in volume but it didn’t seem to last.

We loved our trip to Loch Lomond, Glencoe, and Mallaig to take the Jacobite train. Our tour guide, Callum, was knowledgeable and hilarious. He definitely has a lot of energy, and he made our trip better. The views were beautiful and worth the trip. The bus was brand new and clean, and I appreciated the small size of the group. We learned a lot about Scotland. We can't recommend it enough! Thanks Callum!

This trip always filled to the brim with beautiful scenery, because (come on) its Scotland. This country is flush with green hillsides dotted with sheep and highland cattle, mixed in with dramatic mountains and ocean cliff sides. It is important to note, however, the importance of a guided tour. George, our tour guide, seemed to know everything (and what he didn’t know he found out). He drove us safely to the best spots on our route through the west highlands. You can drive on your own, but it was liberating to have someone else navigate the unknown and rugged landscape for us. Also, Staffa is a must if going to Iona and Mull. Thank you, George, for a lovely time. Love from your American pufflings!

We were fortunate to have Mike O'Rourke (managing director and tourist guide) as our guide while we were in Edinburgh in August. Mike is a very pleasant and knowledgeable guide and I would recommend him without hesitation. He skillfully navigated us around as it was the Tattoo and Fringe Festival time in Edinburgh which could have been a challenge.

We went on a small group tour (8 of us strangers in a van) booked through a 3rd party vendor. We had the very good luck to be paired with owner Mike O’rourke. Having toured extensively all over Europe it’s safe to say Mike delivered the personal care we cherish along with several well delivered off-the-beaten path thrills. Thank you Mike!
