Brilliant Time
Feb 2015 • Friends
When we first arrived, the appearance of the entrance and waiting area is a bit shabby, but there are arcade games to keep you amused (shame the air hockey table was out of order) and snacks and drinks available at reasonable prices to purchase. There was no-one on reception so we just sat down until someone appeared!

I got a bit confused when 2 other parties, each of 6-8 people, also started to arrive for the same timeslot as we had, concerned because one was a group of mixed 7-9 yr old kids, and the other 10 - 13 yr old boys. And we're a group of 6 18-30 year olds! Turns out we all go in together in the session. Bit odd, but quite fun. Our group deals with Guides and Scouts regularly anyway but if we weren't used to kids, it would have been good to have a heads up that we would be sharing the session.

Despite the shabby entrance, the maze room itself was pretty awesome with a good number of passages, couple of ramps and well directed with glow in the dark paint (I only *walked* into a wall once!)Equipment seemed to work fine and the instructor was clear.

Good value for money in my opinion and would go again if it was closer than 5.5hrs away!

Kids of all ages
I didn't know what to do in Edinburgh so I found Laserquest for laser tag. There were a lot of kids and adults. Since I hate paintballing this was a suitable alternative. Loads of fun. Good place to visit.

Enjoyed playing a few games with my son's as part of a birthday present. Doesn't take long before you get into it. Good equipment and reasonable value.

Good fun but whole place needs renovation!
Oct 2013 • Friends
I've been to Laserquest for stag nights a few times over the years and it has always been a good laugh. Come on, running around in the dark shooting lasers at each other, can't go wrong really! Especially for those who wear white clothes (or have extremely white teeth (Ross from Friends anyone?)) and are illuminating under the UV lights!

The place does serve its purpose. However, I can't help but feel that the whole place needs renovated and refreshened! Quite dingy in the hallways and the main waiting area. The packs themselves could probably do with an update too if I'm honest!

Always a mixed crowed in here, you rarely get the place to yourself. If I remember correctly you are usually in here for around an hour for a mixed variety of games inside the 'arena' itself.

Excellent Hen Party
Jul 2014 • Friends
My bridesmaids booked this as a daytime event for my hen party. It was so much fun for everyone there - both young and old! Everyone got sucked into the game and became really competitive. The marshal was excellent - very chilled and relaxed and just let us get on with it. The only shame was that during the first game we played one of my friends' gun kept jamming and, whilst the marshal kept coming over to help her, it effectively meant she couldn't properly enjoy the first game. However, she was able to swap guns though and thoroughly enjoyed the next two games!
I would definitely recommend this as it's nice for adults to get in touch with their childish side and have a right good laugh!
Note: wear thin clothes as it can get very warm when you're wearing the big packs and running around!

Best memories of the summer

Well, kind of strange to fight the 10y.o. and, as the matter of fact, losing with them.
Still, that is so much fun and it is all kind of old-school style. Loved it ;)

Running about like we were in Stargate!
Jun 2014 • Friends
My very grown up friends and I went to laser quest for my birthday. The arena itself is just how a laser quest arena should be - dark, atmosphere with lots of wee hide-y holes and a varied layout. The only downside was playing against a bunch of wee, cheeky boys but I suppose that was the only way to squeeze us in. At £10 each for 2 games, it's was not too badly priced. You got get an extra game for £2 each. It's also a fantastic workout with all the running about. You're having so much fun you don't even realise you're exercising. My friend and I ran about like we were O'Neill and Carter in Stargate, chasing down the Goa'uld. Would love to go back with a big group of friends for one big evening session.

Kids party was fantastic
May 2014
We booked the venue for 20 twelve year old girls and they had a ball. They had 3 games and an hour in the very clean and presentable party room. It was good value if not cheap and the guys who run it are laid back, helpful and pleasant. Big hit!

Perfect for a Birthday Party
May 2014 • Family
We had our 12 year old's birthday party here yesterday. We booked three games (1 hour) and then the party room for an hour. Everyone had a great time! The staff were very friendly and helpful, even offering a big Dominos pizza warmer bag to keep the pizzas from going cold while I waited for the games to finish. There's a Dominos 2 minutes walk away with a Co-OP opposite so I ordered pizza then bought sodas, crisps etc while the kids played.

Fantastic party!
