To start off, I was really curious about the Britannia. My mom had visited two years ago and she had greatly recommended visiting. I'm not quite sure what I was expecting, but I just don't think I was the target audience for this. It's well done and the audioguide is really helpful, I just didn't find it overtly interesting. Great fan of the royals family . Very interesting tour . Lovely pictures of how they enjoyed memories of growing up , enjoyed by all the royals on board . Feel a bit sad having to go through a shopping mall to get to such a part of history .

Well worth a visit. Excellent access provided to this ship, giving you a great sense of how the ship worked and a little insight into the lives of those on board. Thanks for preserving this piece of history.

If in Edinburgh a must do... lunch on board was outstanding Rather disappointed by the commercial ocean terminal entrance as something so historic should be on full display to be appreciated

We visited the yacht because we had some extra time with nothing planned. Thank heavens for extra time. This was one of our favorite things while in Edinburgh! So much history and so beautiful to see. We also had lunch in the tea room on board. It was excellent. Don't miss visiting this splendid yacht while in Edinburgh!

I have truly enjoyed my visit of the Royal Yacht. It is great to see the rooms onboard and get a glimpse of how life must be onboard a ship this size..the staff was very friendly and answered extra questions. And for a great finish of your tour stop by the tea room for a yummy scone.

The tour is laid out very well so you know exactly which place to look at next. It is quite fascinating to see all the rooms the royals have stayed in and there are... More
