We booked a shuttleservice to the highlands from Edinburgh airport and back to Edinburgh City the next day. Everything was to our full satisfaction. The mail contact before our trip, messages during the arrival times from four different destinations, the pick up at the airport, the very friendly Sean and the most comfortable ride with Sir Osmond (name of the car 😃)! We can highly recommend trip organiser and will surely contact them for our next trips.

I highly recommend Trip Organiser Scotland for organizing private tours! I worked via email with Beryl prior to our trip, and she made the process so easy. We had some specific and unusual requests but it was no problem, and she took it and ran from there. She contacted the perfect tour guides for our interests and arranged the times and places. Communication was excellent. We even had problems after our tours were completed (personal, unrelated to the tours), and she was eager and happy to help us out! I now consider Beryl a friend, and can't wait to work with her again when we return to Scotland!
We took two private day tours, and greatly enjoyed both. Our first day was with Doug Norris, and he gave us a guided tour of Glasgow, with an emphasis on Charles Rennie Mackintosh architecture, as our daughter is an architecture student and was especially interested in him. We even were able to arrange a private tour of the Hill House in Helensburgh, which I highly recommend (contact Taylah at the Hill House for the arrangements). We spent all day with Doug, and he is a fantastic guide!
Our second day tour was with Keith Telford. He arranged a wonderful day where we visited two castles related to my Scottish heritage (one was a special arrangement based on personal contacts he had, and we never would have been able to meet the people otherwise), as well as doing a whisky tasting, and finally visiting Rosslyn Chapel. We greatly enjoyed our time with Keith!
We had actually arranged a third day tour to hike in Glen Coe, but very sadly had to cancel this one due to illness. I fully intend to arrange this with Beryl next time!
Don't hesitate to contact Beryl and Trip Organiser Scotland for private tour planning, they are the best!!

We have done a sightseeing tour through Edinburgh with a schoolclass in year 10 for around 2 hours. We liked the mixture between history, stories and nature.
It was a good start to get an overview of the great city to plan a full week there.
Our guide managed to find things teenagers are interested in.
Even the day before our tour started the guide got in contact with us and helped with many information we needed. Thank you! :)

The Chapel is fantastic and the Bible through masonry is just incredible, you could spend all day looking at the workmanship of days gone past, there is a lovely feel in the Chapel and well worth a visit, I highly recommend it, and the ruins of the Castle are well, just ruins but the view of the gully below is really cool

Absolutely loved this tour! Sean made sure everything was perfect. We toured the town of St. Andrews, ate lunch at the pro shop, took pictures on the bridge, and toured some off the beaten track areas. We couldn’t have asked for more. Sean really goes the extra mile. This is a family run business and they take extra care to have great communication so you never have to worry about anything.

We booked the 1/2 day Edinburgh tour. My mom (age 95) did not want to do a full day tour. Sean was a wonderful guide. We ended up going to St. Andrews after Sean found out my sister is a big golfer. What a great day and the company was very easy to work with. Thanks for a memorable tour.

My husband and I had a wonderful time! We received a bespoke tour of the whisky distilleries we wanted to see. Very professional and fun service! We even received special treatment due to their connections. Great Day!

Best tour experience I have ever done!!! Beryl and Sean were amazing Beryl was so helpful and Even saved us money on one of the tours, and Sean was the tour guide for both of the tours we went on. He was Knowledgeable about Scotland and where we were headed for the day we were blown away that not only could we take pictures on the old course at St. Andrews but we had lunch at the club house which he booked for us that morning!! What a perfect tour. He was also fun and funny we all enjoyed our tours which made our trip to Scotland that much better!! Thank you for everything you both are the best!

It was amazing, Sean was on time, flexible in where to go, and what to do. As a local, he knows all the good places, so friendly. We had a child and he offered a child car seat. He is so welcoming, and fun.

Sean picked us up exactly on time and explained where we would go first which was Stirling Castle. We asked to see the countryside so he took us in a beautiful drive to the castle. Next he took us to St Andrews and we visited sites on the Old Course of the St Andrews golf club, followed by lunch overlooking the course. After seeing the University of St Andrews, we went to Kingsbarns golf course and the Kingsbarns Gin and Whiskey distillery. That was a bonus as were a couple more photographic opportunity stops at a fishing village.
Sean listened to what we wanted to see and tailored the day to suit us. He is very knowledgeable and has a personable style of communication. We highly recommend him and will call him again if we ever get to go back to Edinburgh.
