Fabulous escape room. I did this with family , 6 adults, and we all agreed this was the highlight of our weekend in Edinburgh. The venue was Covid safe. The host took time to explain the scenario and get us into character. The puzzles were challenging so that we felt we had achieved something when we solved them but not ridiculously tough. Absolutely fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend this. Price was very reasonable too.

Focus on the colours!! We have done many rooms throughout the world and believe me when I say this was one of the most enjoyable ones we have done. We were met by the host on arrival who took the time to get to know us, He then got into character and we began our journey into the room. I won't give any clues away as that's not fair but be rest assured if you choose to do this room you won't be disappointed Can't wait till you have more rooms available.

I run a social group for teens with autism and we visited Padlox on a Saturday evening. We were greeted by Bastien, who was exceptionally patient and took the time to answer lots of questions to prepare our group. We went in and managed to solve loads of puzzles, with some helpful hints from him. Although we didn't quite make it, the teens had a fabulous time and showed great teamwork skills. I would highly recommend the Superhero experience! Thanks you and keep up the good work!!

So much fun!! We were the first customers since reopening after lockdown and the staff were very helpful pointing out the safety measures to comply with government guidelines. We all felt safe throughout our time in the building. I would definitely recommend this escape room and their lovely staff to anyone.

We had a fantastic time playing Superhero Training yesterday. Bastien was a superb host who got into character as our super-mentor and the rest of the team were also really friendly. The room itself is full of diverse puzzles that tie together really well for a great overall experience. I would say it's perfect for a team of 4 or 5. We'll be back as soon as possible to play the other room!

This escape room was perfect for families so that everyone is included and has enjoyment out of the experience. Other escape rooms require tasks to be done in a particular order and usually one of our family members takes the lead and solves the challenges before the rest of us get there. This escape room allowed several tasks to be done at the same time so everyone in the group had an opportunity to complete tasks and feel like a contribution was made to the overall experience. There were lots of different challenges and a wide range of tasks to those I have seen in other escape rooms. The challenges were colour coded which helped us work out how to proceed when things got a bit tricky. The host was fantastic and we all had a great time. Would highly recommend this family experience.

Had a wonderful evening at Padlox, Luci or should I say Pixie was a fantastic GamesMaster and set the scene perfectly. Padlox has a fantastic room with incredibly well thought out and unquie puzzles. With all the COVID measures in place, you should definitely try this room. Can't wait to play the new room in development!

This was our first time doing an escape room and if they are all as good as this one then it won't be our last. The puzzles were very clever and challenged us enough to think we were actually quite intelligent. The scenario was clear and the 58mins it took us to escape the room passed in a blur. Lots of fun and we would thoroughly recommend it!

Thank you so much for a fantastic time at Padlox, felt very welcome and enjoyed every minute. The kids loved the interaction of it all. Would definitely recommend and will be keeping an eye out for the future of a new room at Padlox.

I did this room with my family several years ago and it was might first ever escape room experience. We didn't managed to escape! However I remembered how well the theming was done and how bright and spacious the rooms are. ~35 rooms later and I was back in Edinburgh with my partner to try this room again. My memory was right - this really is a great room. We did it as a pair but the sequencing of the puzzles means that it is also well suited for larger groups. I'm sure 6 could do this room comfortably. I look forward to trying the new room in development when I am next in Edinburgh.
