Beautiful building full of great displays giving an interesting insight to Dundee and it's past. We went to Dundee to visit the V&A but found this museum to be far superior, both with its displays and friendly staff. Great cheese scones in the cafe too.

I had a wee visit here whilst waiting for my girlfriend to finish her training day. I thoroughly enjoyed the Beano studios part of the musuem when I visited. However I wish there were clearer signs of where the bathroom facilities are.

We visited the McManus twice during our stay in Dundee. The building itself is splendid, particularly the interior. The highlight for us was the collection of Victorian Scottish painters. The café was also excellent.
