We arranged a package of clay pigeon shooting and Segway for a group of three adults. None of us had tried shooting before. The instructor was very friendly and patient and helped us get the most out of the activities. I was nervous of trying Segway but needn't have worried and ended up really enjoying it. The setting of the... More

We had a voucher for the Sea View Snugs we got for our Christmas. From start to finish our stay was just excellent! The Snug - we stayed in The Paddock with our dog. Really was a snug, beautifully decorated, shower was amazing and bed very comfy. I would agree with the review that mentions a small fridge would be... More

We had booked two nights here from an online offer and it was so good, we stayed for an extra night! The Snug Hut we were in (Shore) was indeed very snug. The decor was all very fresh and tasteful. The bed was very comfy and the shower was excellent. The whole place was spotlessly clean. On the first morning... More

We stayed in The Dock (with the hot tub - oh yes!) from 19th - 21st Feb and it was just amazing. The view is just breathtaking! The snug was beautifully presented - very comfortable, perfect temperature throughout our stay and equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. One suggestion (if I'm being REALLY nit picky) would be to have... More

Have to say the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, we paid for two kids to have an hour on Segway at a total cost of £50.00 (their holiday treat). We were led to believe that including the training session they would have an hour. They had 10 minutes training and only 30 minute ride. We know this as... More

Went with my daughter on a misty February afternoon. Easy to find although directions to car park confusing due to numerous unmade roads, this being confused by building work. The building work by the way is not a hindrance to the afternoon. Welcoming staff. Reception area and surrounding buildings clean and tidy. We opted for zip lining. Safety equipment fitted... More

Have just read a TA contribution that Duncan has answered point by point. My wife and I stayed during the same week, 6th - 10th February. We never received a confirmation explaining major site works would be underway during our stay or that The Basecamp Cafe would be closed. On check in we were told a breakfast could be ordered... I want to preface this review by saying that some of the following issues could have been prevented if Laggan had made more information available at the time of booking. Then I could have made a more informed decision about whether to go to this resort. So, the Wife and I booked into one of the "Sea-view Snugs" on the... More

Hello Mr Robertson, It's a real shame you felt that your stay with us only warranted a 2 star rating, the first non 5 star rating of anyone who has stayed in our Sea View Snugs. I've addressed your points below. The Hot Tub - yes, it's log fired - it's this 'in' thing just now (we're trying to do... More

Amazing!! Went for a team building day and had the best time ever! Needed to work as a team to get half of us into the landrover to take us to The Hut!! Arrived at the Hut (in middle of nowhere) surrounded by sheep and the most beautiful scenery. The fire was blazing in pit when we got there however... More
