Very friendly place

The staff are very friendly and have alot of knowledge,my son enjoys places like these so he was in his element,it is small but def worth a visit.

went in August hot day lovely informative museum.Staff really helpful enjoyed going in the planes and learning about the war and nuclear jets.Kids and the grandparents will love it

Great the way is set out with all the planes, not good for climbing stairs for over 55 as they have different buildings to look at and Remember how the war offices were, and a great look around of the reminders of how the barracks and camp offices used to look

If you have some time to spare then this quirky place is worth a visit. There are quite a few planes on show and a large selection of parts from crashed or broken aircraft. There is also a WWII control tower. It looks a little bit run down but as this place is kept going with donations and the modest... More

Took my in laws there for my father in laws birthday, he thoroughly enjoyed himself looking at the static displays and all the information boards, the cafe was good and reasonably priced staff were excellent especially as mother in law is disabled

We have driven passed the sign on our way back north many times and it was good choice to finally go to the museum although the signage seems to vanish and you end up in an industrial estate that seems wrong but that's where it is. Loved our visit today. We are local to the area and this is our 3rd visit. Loads to see and do plus they are exspanding the site. Cant wait for the upgrade!

Excellent place to spend a couple of hours. Staff are very helpful and warm welcome. Would recommend even if your not into aircraft. Will definitely be back

Thank you to all staff as this is done by volunteers. I really enjoyed it along with my partner. Very good price to get in £5 and have drink & toilet faculties on site too.

Very interesting museum. Janet and her husband (sorry I didn't get his name) they are lovely lovely people couldn't of been more helpful. The museum relies on volunteers and donations to help complete the attractions. To take a walk back in time, well worth a visit an absolute must for the aviation enthusiast.
