Fascinating visit on a wet day. Very small, but the very informative guide brought it all to life. And the piggy banks - from all over the world - were wonderful!

A revelation of a tiny museum, excellent guide, eye opening social and financial history of what turns out to be a genius idea from Rev Henry Duncan. It's free, small and fun, GO THERE for the piggy bank collection and much more

Fantastic place. Cottage well maintained. We were greeted at the door by Mhairi who was friendly and warm and very very informed! The original items still in the cottage was amazing. She also showed us some old bank notes which we had never seen before!...More
