Took the boat trip with Allan's Wildlife Trips on 25/07/2021 the trip lasted an hour and cost £12.50. Thought it was good value for money and gave a different view of Oban and the harbour. Really enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to others.

I had an hour to kill before checking into the hostel. Dropped my luggage off and decided a trip out to see the seals would be a good option. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The skipper and his mate were very friendly and informative about the seal colony and the salmon farm. We saw a few seals which was nice. All in all, a good way to spend an hour or so.

My fiancé and I wear in Oban for the weekend and took the boat trip out to see the seals and we loved it! The boat ride up was good and we got to see lots of seals on the island. Tour guides were very informative about the salmon farms and the seals which was great. Would do again!

I went with a friend, we enjoyed the 20 minute boat ride out there. Looking at all the jelly fish on the way. We pulled up at the island where the seal colony normally live. There were none on the island and apparently some were due to give birth in two days time. We looked into the water and a few heads popped up to see us. Apparently it was feeding time, but we probably saw about 7 different seals. We went a bit further away to see if they might be hiding around the other side of the island. We saw some sea birds and then headed back passed the fish farm. 20 minutes back made a very relaxing hour and well worth the £10 for adults £5 for children price tag.
