Sealife adventures run whale watching and wildlife boat trips from our private pontoon and car park on the mainland near Oban. We run 3,4 and 5 hour trips which are suitable for all ages. All our trips include the famous Corryvreckan whirlpool.

We are the longest established operator in the area (26 years), our owner skipper David has a degree in marine biology.

Our stable spacious boat is the most powerful in the area and holds the highest certificate of seaworthiness.

We were looking for a boat that would make an easy trip for our children, 4 and 6. What we got was a boat that did what we wanted and so much more. Although we didn't see any whales or dolphins (can't really blame the animals or the crew, we chose one of the shorter trips) we did still see... More

David was the skipper; Jean the knowledgeable biologist and Emma who was a little bit of every everything ( helped find the nature life, served coffee/biscuits and even drove the boat). A family affair in this business. Jean was constantly looking for anything for us to see and it never took her long to find something. There were many different... More

Attractive car park; well-found boat, skipper with unrivalled local knowledge; sea currents (not just Correywreckan) superb; Argyll coast beautiful, wild life exciting. Delightful Katz looked after everyone, with hot drinks & lots of biscuits. Excellent binoculars available and waterproof clothing if needed. Grey, breezy day but a wonderful five hours. What more can I say.

Spent a lovely 5 hours looking for all sorts of wildlife. Got very wet but that didn't dampen our enjoyment & waterproof, hats, gloves & plenty of hot drinks & biscuits were available. David & Kat where very knowledgeable about all the animals & their habitat & we managed to see porpoise, gannets, seals, various other birds & sea eagles.... More

After a stormy weekend we were very lucky with our weather. David and Karen were excellent hosts/guides keeping us well-informed and supplied with hot refreshments and biscuits, and waterproof clothing and binoculars if required. We saw otters, sea eagles, dolphins, lots of kittiwakes, gulls, shags, cormorants, grey and common seals. Apart from the spectacular coastline and distant views a highlight... More

We had the best half day trip. Everything has been thought of. Dave provides excellent waterproof kit for you to use. The toilet on board was tiny but essential, quite an experience. Both Dave and Karen have a great wealth of knowledge and deliver this with warmth and wit. Nothing is too much trouble. We had 2 young children aged... More

David and Kat were great! They made sure we saw everything there was to see, and were did not rush things. We especially enjoyed watching the sea eagles and their chicks on the trip out. You can see that they really love the wildlife in the area, and throughout the trip regaled us with stories and fun facts about the... More
