Compliments to the chef. Best garlic bread and pizza I’ve tasted in Aberdeen. Service was alright but when asking for black pepper and Parmesan in pizza restaurant would expect a big wooden pepper grinder and for the server to then grind pepper over pizzas. This would have been a nice touch instead of a metal grinder just placed on our table. Didn’t mind the small dish of Parmesan though because we love lots of Parmesan. We went here because we were given a voucher from friends for our Xmas, unfortunately they didn’t accept it because they sold our friends a cook voucher and said it could be used for anything . Told us it’s 2 separate company’s and would not accept it...sorry but surely all profits go to “one” man??

Came here pre Aberdeen theatre trip and was pleasantly surprised. Clean, friendly, wide variety of pizza's - all well made. Nice glassof wine. No starters or other options as such, apart from olives and one daily 'special' bruschetta or the likes. But that is a positiive for me. Friends and family will know how quickly I walk away from establishments with a) pictures of food, b) more than two pages of menu, c) more than 2 or three 'styles' or regions of food. It was perfect to have just a moderate size pizza although I would also love a half pizzza/half salad option. Only down side is they don't take bookings except for groups of 8 or more. The website states it is not necessary, but on the evening of our visit, had we been more than 5 minutes later, we would have ben turned away. I hope this remains an Aberdeen success story. It feels pitched about right to me.

I've been wanting to try this place after hearing only good things about it. The place has the potential to be great but customer service was awful. The food was amazing, best gluten free pizza I've ever had. Couldn't rave about it higher but seriously let down by unfriendly, incompetent, downright rude staff. Firstly we had a long wait to order drinks. We were served by 2 different waitresses....one worse than than the other. Drinks were slammed down on the table. Were made to feel unwelcome and an inconvenience. Sat with empty glasses and plates until we got up and left. No offer of more drinks or dessert. On leaving, noticed we had been over charged on the bill. They did not like it when disputing this. Needless to say will not be returning to dine in here.

Spotlessly clean, not imposing, friendly efficient staff and lovely food. The orange almond cake is delicious and a fab flat white which isn’t bitter. Great prices too

Waitress looked harassed and was not at all friendly. She raised her eyebrows when I order a decaff cappuccino as if I’d asked for a dead rat! My pizza was burnt when it came and I couldn’t eat it. On top of everything the chairs were very uncomfortable. Pretentious nonsense. Would not return and would not recommend. No idea where all these great reviews are coming from!
