Had to visit to kill time in between a ferry trip and a bus journey. I went to study for the day. Very quiet. Lots of desks, so plenty of room to study. Needs modernising. It smells like old libraries! However, it is definitely a good place to go if you need some quiet study

We mainly visited to see the small Oor Wullie statues but decided to stay to browse as it was a very wet day. We all found some most interesting books to peruse while there & could have stayed even longer had we not needed to return to our hotel.
