Walked round the harbour. If you are into ships and oil support vessels then it is an interesting stroll although you cannot get up and personal with the ships.

Was okay today but no boats really moving about so took pics of nearby instead and too late in the tear for dolphins too.

from the city centre it is only a short walk to the commercial harbour. great to see the big oil tankers and the ferry to Orkney and Shetland. you can walk to Torry and watch the ship's entering the harbour. really impressive

The roads around here have no pedestrian footway close to the harbour so one need to go to the ferry terminal for the view.

Aberdeen Harbour is a very short walk from the station and well worth a visit. It's usually hosting plenty of oil support vessels from around the world as well as large ferries and a variety of other merchant shipping. When I went there was also...More

Nice place to stroll around. painters are busy along the waterline (Mostly Ocean Terminal) . Peaceful, though there are lots of people with their pets playing on the beach.

Popped along from the park to see boats coming into the harbour. Lovely day to wonder and watch the boats.
