If you enjoy seeing historic cathedrals, add St. Machar's to your itinerary. It has some great historic aspects, especially all the crests on the ceiling. A lovely organ and beautiful stain glass windows.

The cathedral is interesting partly because of its strange shape due to losing sections after the tower collapsed many hundreds of years ago. The interior stone is interesting as it is very rough and so is unusual inside a church. The ceiling is certainly amazing...More
