Very disappointed, my friend and I brought our toddlers here, immediate impression was place was unclean, dingy and run down. After a short time there my 1st impressions were only made worse. toilets weren't clean, didn't appear to be regularly maintained, all floors were grubby and covered in crumbs/dirt. I felt so uncomfortable , it's such a pity as omagh is a big town and would benefit from a good indoor play area for children/parties etc.

Hi there At Mr Tumbles, we appreciate our customers' feedback, and we try to take on board customers' comments and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction in the future. I'd like to apologise on behalf of all Mr Tumbles staff for the poor experience you had on your last visit. I believe that on that Sunday, the back shutter was open to let in cool air. In the future, please feel free to ask a member of staff to close the shutter if you feel cold. This also applies to the TV - if you would like to reduce the TV's volume, or watch something else during your visit, please feel free to ask a member of staff, and they will happily cater for your needs. Again, I'd like to apologise for the poor experience you had on your last visit, and we hope to have improved on our overall customer satisfaction for your next visit in the future. - Rose Kelly - Manager, Mr Tumbles

Came here with kids aged 9,2 and 1.place is totally boggin. Special touch with chairs tied to wire. No new toys, grubby and floors and surfaces disgusting. Small caps about floors which made me very nervous. A much superior soft play area in strabane.owners need to visit and take note.

I have just come from a party in this place, the building was cold and unwelcoming. When I booked I was offered a choice of a party room upstairs or downstairs however imagine my surprise when I'm directed to a dingy corner with dirty tables and paint coming off the walls! Staff kept turning off lights in the toilets, I changed a nappy and despite a big sign asking people to use the nappy bags provided there were none, furthermore there was no toilet roll, no hand towels and no soap!! There was however a packet of napkins....... There's a sign on the door saying not to panic if u get locked in (must have a dodgy lock) believe me the smell in there u wld not have wanted to be locked in, staff clearly don't understand the importance of changing the nappy bin on a regular basis! The food was vile, we were not even offered a choice basically all kids got chips, 2 nuggets and a sausage regardless of weather they wanted that or not, the sausages had as much meat content as a fish finger in fact most of the children set them off their plates they looked so disgusting! The birthday cake was served before the table had been cleared of the 'dinner' dishes. Rose OFFERED ice cream however had the audacity to charge extra for it, it would have been cheaper to drive to morellis in Portrush! In keeping with everything else it was cheap and tasted awful in fact I don't think any of the kids finished their miniature sized portions! Complimentary tea and coffee is offered but only for one person, other places offer complimentary tea and coffee to all adults and have a selection of scones and biscuits: nothing like this in mr tumbles only overpriced mix ups! TV had christmas music playing for a while but we were then subjected to listening to the football results for the last half hour of our stay. When I went to pay they didn't have a card machine so I had to make a trip out to local shop for cash: a sign advising they didn't have this facility would have been helpful! Quite simply thee worst experience EVER! So much so in fact that when we were NOT given our free pass I didn't ask for it because under no circumstances will I ever darken the doors of terrible tumbles again!

We arrived expecting to find the usual spacious average sized play centre. This one is squeezed into one unit with a fire stove in open reach of the children and tables and chairs taking up most of the floor space. There was a step ladder in the middle of the centre going up into attic space and a man was up and down it. The manager being the only staff member on site was actually outside the premises smoking on our arrival even though there were children inside! The rest of the time he was behind the desk reading a magazine. I would have considered the material of this particular magazine highly unsuitable for such a venue, best kept in private! I saw some of the pictures in it - enough said! Needless to say this made us feel extremely uncomfortable so we left. The baby area was like a bomb site with toys thrown every where and not even just soft play ones all sorts of hard plastic ones that my son was falling over not one which had batteries that worked so not much point in them bring there! In short filthy dirty and bitterly disappointing! Dont bother going near it!

Dear customer I was surprised about your comments on Monday 11 Feb. I do apologise if you think that way.. I was in at the premises during that day. The member of the staff who was smoking outside was taking a few minutes break. There was an electrician there, doing some important checks in the attic. The baby area is allowed to have some toys that can be played by under 3's and we make sure we clean and tidy everyday at opening and at closing time. The stove is not dangerous to children as it is only an ornamental flame and it blows hot air. Our responsibility is also to keep the place warm, tidy, safe and we are doing the best we can to make your stay as comfortable as we can for customers like you. Lastly, we do not have inappropriate magazines as you have mentioned, but, I am thanking you for putting this to my attention, and I will definitely make sure there are no inappropriate magazines within the premises, again I do apologise for your inconvenience on the day... Took my 1st year old daughter & friend yesterday...Had to leave after about 15 minutes..3 women sitting having coffee letting their 2 older boys run wild around the place..After telling them twice their kids were hitting our 1 year olds,I went to the desk & told the owner to which he replied sorry!I thought places like this had to have supervision he pointed to the cameras & I replied he should have looked a bit closer & left telling him we would never be back, while the 3 women sat still enjoying their coffees....

Went there with my 8 year old son and it was terrible. Even the name of the place is wrong. The man that worked there was creepy as hell, never go there. I hate it and even my son said it was bad.

Have been here for birthday parties. I would never actively choose to take my daughter here. The equipment is dirty, in poor condition, the floor, tables and chairs are sticky, dirty and in need of a good clean. Thankfully we've never had to use the bathroom. The quality of food is poor and over charged and the lady who appears to own the place is not afraid to charge. She could use some customer service training. She is in no way ashamed of over charging for very poor quality service and food. Unfortunately, as long as my daughters friends continue to have parties here we shall probably have to go. But I'll never make a choice to go there myself.

On taking two kids, to mr tumbles on fri 29 th of september, we found the place freezing cold, the lady behind the counter must of also found this, as she was wrapped up like she was going skiing. There was one storage heater beside the counter, but it was not on, must of been trying to cut costs on electric though every money making machine was turned on, flashing lights to attract the kids every where, I noticed other kids running in and out of the play frame with all sorts of food, one kid was crying cause he had lost his lolly in the play frame. I feel the owners are more interested in making money on the machines, toys and all sorts of sweets. Would not recommend this play house.
