Went on a school trip here and had an amazing experience. The people working there were really welcoming and very friendly. One man even gave me a bag of crisps because I didn't have any lunch. I had loads of fun doing group building activities as well as the water activities. It is a really amazing place so well done for giving us such a great experience

I live locally and didnt know the place existed until fairly recently. Its a great place to see wildlife (especially birds and bats) and there's loads of very affordable and great fun outdoor activities for kids and adults. The recently refurbished cafe doesnt look like much but the food is really nice. All the staff are lovely! Big thumbs up :-)

Booked a session on the water canoeing. Kids had so much fun and instructor was excellent, he made sure the kids enjoyed every minute. Then we went and had a party at the café on site. They had tables set for party and sang happy birthday as they presented the cake. I would recommend it to all mums for value and convenience and no cleaning up the mess afterwards is even better

We were looking for something to do and spotted on a internet search engine. So we headed up. Did not stop as it looked quite run down?

So we went here after googling things to do for the kids and this came up. For £10 each we got a go on a double kayak, and a go on the inflatables (great fun). The kids loved it! Granted the water was freezing but wetsuits were provided. Worth it for the money and would beat the cinema anyway for us!
