Attended here with friends as well as my adolescent brother and sister. Was confronted at the door by an obviously intoxicated man. And I do not mean by alcohol. He was very rude and claimed my child brother was on drugs or alcohol and that he could 'see it in his eyes' I was very desgusted and it complaterly ruined my evening as he was very horrible to all in my company as well as myself. Asking for ID off everyone and holding touching each ID without santizing in the midst of a pandemic. I was not happy and although I love this venue. That man really ran it down.

Decided to eat at the Boulevard diner at the Brunswick Movie bowl as we going to the cinema and opted for a quick bite to eat. Food was delicious and so reasonable large portions difficult to finish. Forget about the yellow arches for burgers this is the place to visit. Staff were under a lot of pressure but they were so efficient and lovely to deal with. Each and everyone if them adhered to covid regulations. Great for families and young children will most definitely return.

Am sorry but this was my first time back
In the bowling alley bar in about 3 years and it has failed. Bar service was shocking . Waited 10 mins with four bar men and no one else waiting lol wat the hell!!! Dirty glasses and the cocktail was horrific !!! Please sort the bar as everything else was great . Cocktails really bad taste .

Myself and my son spent a few hours at the moviebowl this weekend gone by and was a very fun time.
We bowled ,great lanes
We played the amusements ,all working and fun.
We had pizza at the diner which was very good.
A must for spending a few hours with young family.

Worst meal we have ever had
Disappointed with menu-sorry we didn't leave after reading it
Chicken dishes all over cooked and over priced for what it was
One dish we asked for onions on the side-came out on top of food when pointed out to server it was taken away scraped off and returned to my daughter menu & drinks menu very sticky whole place felt dirty

to visit the cinema you have to pass a lot of loud gambling machines ,(teddy bear ones and the like),theres just no other way in, not good when you have children,the whole place set out to make money, ive also seen whole rows of teenagers being thrown out of the cinema for the actions of one person, very unfair, wouldnt let my kids down here on their own, power trips all round with some of the staff.

I used to love going to the moviebowl every weekend I was in derry and im down 3 times a month. The last time I was at the cinema on the 13th a male member of staff was down right rude to us for no reason. All other staff in the cinema had sour bakes too, maybe because it was a Saturday evening who knows but it is no excuse to be rude to paying customers! And lets face it, it is expensive. I was very disappointed with this experience and I would have given it such high reviews before but I wont be back there.

We usually love coming here for the banquet and bowl as it's good value for money and it's a fun, relaxed night out. I'm so disappointed with our most recent trip. The food was fantastic as always but the customer service was unacceptable. We were rushed away from our table as soon as we finished dessert and when we were waiting for the bill a different member of staff came and told us to move. She was quite rude considering we were waiting on them! After the bowling another party were down at our lane to bowl before we even had a chance to change our shoes. We used to love coming here but it's clear that they're more interested in making money as fast as possible from as many people as possible than providing good customer service.

Taken the children to the cinema yesterday and have to say there was one lady called Darragh who was brilliant not only was her sale skills fantastic but she communicated with the children on their orders and took the time with them she was lovely and such a great front face for Brunswick Movie bowl will be back again Thank You Darragh
